I am writing this review to give Manager Alyx at the Elkins, Arkansas McDonald's five stars—she is truly exceptional!
As a customer who uses a walker, I often find simple trips challenging, but Alyx makes it an easy and heartwarming experience every single time. Her level of dedication and kindness is outstanding:
• Proactive Care: She is immediately attentive when I arrive. Without fail, Alyx is right there to open the door for me and helps me get safely to my table.
• Complete Service: She personally delivers my entire order—food, drink, napkins, and all the condiments—right to my seat. I never have to worry about carrying a tray while managing my walker.
• Constant Attentiveness: She keeps an eye on her customers. If I ask for a drink refill, Alyx is incredibly quick to bring it over, saving me another trip to the counter.
Alyx leads by example with incredible patience, kindness, and dedication. She is an absolute asset to the Elkins location, and her service makes a real, positive difference in the community. Thank you, Alyx!“

“The chicken tenders was very juicy, fries lightly salted, cole clawmade oerfectly and the sauce was on point. It doesn't matter where you eat the chicken either Dallas or Arkansas it's still delicious 😋“

“This was my first Whataburger experience and I enjoyed it. The burger was good and so were the fries. The only thing I wish was bigger fries or cheaper prices it's potatoes ffs but that's everywhere now so you can't really blame them I guess. Prices in general are on the higher end for fast food but like I said it's pretty good. If you can get some app deals, definitely go.“

“I wanted protein after my long run but as you can imagine the drive through was very busy. Two lines and it was brunch time on a Saturday. The staff was very friendly and took my order pronto as I waited in line in my car. Another person allowed me to pay while waiting. All were wearing masks and were very professional. The food was great. Thank you for going the extra steps for safety.“

“Its sonic. Most locations are fairly consistent. I feel like the burgers have changed over the years and are just not the same, but there new smash burgers are not bad. I have always liked there broad selection of items on the menu. This location never gets my order wrong“

“At least 80% of the reason for these 5 stars is because of Ms. Pam. She works harder and with a more genuine attitude than any food service worker I’ve met. I would come here almost every day on my break for lunch and she made a note to always treat me personably and make me feel welcome as well as be sure my order was correct. One of the biggest reasons I miss my old job is because of my visits to this Sonic and getting a warm welcome from Ms. Pam.“

Steak ’n Shake is a classic that always hits the spot! The burgers are cooked perfectly, the steakburgers have that old-school flavor, and the fries are always crispy. Their shakes are on another level—thick, rich, and easily some of the best around. Service is quick and friendly, and the prices make it even better. It’s one of those places you can count on for a great meal every time. Highly recommend!“

“John made me a meatball sub today. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my order. Wow was it delicious. The provolone cheese was melted perfectly over the meatballs. He also looked very professional and made every one of my needs met. Not to mention he is a very good looking worker. I will definitely be returning for that meat ball sub soon“
