“Really frustrating that they don’t know what a “splash” is. The cold brew with a splash of vanilla cream is milkier than a latte. I like to get an espresso with a splash of milk but they fill up the entire cup with milk. I’m not trying to hack a cheaper latte I just want only a SPLASH of milk :( and there’s no way to clarify that on the app.. I’m literally looking into getting a keychain flask to bring milk with me so I can just do it myself but obviously I shouldn’t have to do that.“
“It's a starbucks full of uark students. The environment is college-y. The only issue is it can get really busy. I recommend ordering online to reduce wait times. I ordered online and waited 15 min for my espresso. They are doing their best with the amount of demand they're getting though.“
“I myself did not get anything. My girlfriend had just flew in from Florida and was tired and wanted a quick pick me up! I personally don't drink coffee, and if I did, it wouldn't be Starbucks. Way to EXPENSIVE, but as long as she was happy that all that matters.“
“Ive been going to this Starbucks for years now & almost on a regular basis when I get time to drive in town. I'm definitely one of their regulars for sure. Love the staff at this location. They're all awesome individuals and they are very consistent and never mess up my drinks. I always get the same thing and its always a venti decaf white mocha w/ no whip usually order 2 because I drink 1 for morning and one in afternoon. I've been to every starbucks in NWA and this starbucks does it right everytime. The only ones that truly seem to love thier jobs and actually care what they give customers.“
“Great service, staff was nice and I got my order quickly but you have to be patient if you choose to go to this Starbucks. Students will line up past the doorway here and trail outside if it's busy enough. So, if you're in a rush, I recommend bringing coffee with you to school or choosing a different Starbucks for your daily cup of joe.“
“Love this Starbucks location! I visit at least 2x a week after visiting the vet's when my fur baby has to have fluids. I use the excuse that we visit so she can have a pup cup. ? All the staff are very friendly. Only 4 stars because even though I bring my own personal cup (and personal pup cup container), they still use a plastic cup to make my beverage - and then they throw it away!!! Truly defeats the main reason I bring my own!“
