Working all alone, busting his butt not only for in line orders but ONLINE orders as well. Was super patient and VERY ON IT with making the sandwiches! “Yesterday I stopped by this store and not only did I enjoy a great Subway sandwich but I got the Best Customer Service by Ryleigh! She acknowledged me as soon as I came through the doors and was very polite and friendly. She looked like she was happy to work there and most of all happy to see me there. I’ve been to other place where you can clearly see that the employees are not happy to work there but this was not the case with Ryleigh! Once she prepared my sandwich she offered to make sure I collected some points and asked if I wanted to use my $2 discount in points. As I was making payment, she also explained the new process of earning points at Subway and even took a brief moment to show me where to find my pints on my receipt and how many stamps I need for a free sandwich! This is truly what Customer Service is about! I highly recommend this place and hope that the rest of the employees take Ryleigh‘s example! I will definitely be stopping by soon!“

“We love JJ at work and order at least once a week. The sandwiches have fresh ingredients and the bread is so good too! I don’t understand why in the world every time we order we always ask for all sandwiches to be cut in half but every time we have one sandwich that gets missed. It’s turning into a running joke now.
