The poor pregnant cashier was overwhelmed taking orders by herself with a huge line and having to run food also, seems like they should have another staff member around, but its probably a call off or something like that so I was friendly and patient.“

“6/2016 ðŸ£ðŸ¤ðŸ¥This Father's Day I purchased a family meal for dinner, the chicken was awful!!! DRY, hard & not moist we had to throw it out. I called spoke to the manager Michael who was very apologetic. He offered to replace but it was extremely late he let me pick it up the next day. Monday we finally ate KFC and it was wonderful!!! Chicken was moist, skin soft and crunchy so a BIG THANKS to KFC and manager Michael for making a bad visit do a complete u-turn and making it right!!!
