“6/2016 🐣🐤🐥This Father's Day I purchased a family meal for dinner, the chicken was awful!!! DRY, hard & not moist we had to throw it out. I called spoke to the manager Michael who was very apologetic. He offered to replace but it was extremely late he let me pick it up the next day. Monday we finally ate KFC and it was wonderful!!! Chicken was moist, skin soft and crunchy so a BIG THANKS to KFC and manager Michael for making a bad visit do a complete u-turn and making it right!!! Thanks KFC in Greenwood, AR we will keep coming back. I'm sure the new guy won't over cook and you'll keep making great chicken 🐔🍗🐔🍗🐔 THANKS AGAIN“

“Hands down the best Chick Fil A I've ever been to. Which is crazy to say because every one that I have been to is great.

The only thing I'd change about this place is adding a playground/play gym. But I guess I'll have to talk to the operator about that.“

“It was backed up on 3/29/26. Ran out of wings and it was drive thru only at night. I called them since I ordered online and didn’t want to wait in the line. The lady on the phone was soooo kind and told me the issue! The manger on shift gave me extra stuff to compensate, and was so kind aswell. Only 4 star cuz a Mexican kid was rude when I told him it wasn’t my order when he asked if it was my order. He shrugged his shoulder acting all clueless instead of being respectful.“
