“We love the Clubhouse Kitchen, however the day we came in an older lady just threw a cook on the register (that he wasn't shown how to operate), and left, at lunchtime. He was so overwhelmed, which is understandable. She needs to have a sit down with management, because she does not need to be in charge or training. If I were him, I would've flipped the sign to closed. That is a great way to lose customers and employees.“

“Cleanest subway that I have ever been at. Do not go out much, the service was very fast and professional. Very polite and on the mark. I will definitely return to this subway in the future.

“Food is great we enjoy it. The lunch manager is rude and you can tell he doesn't like his job. Every time we've been (at least 6 times) he doesn't smile, doesn't help when someone asks a question, and seems put out when he has to help at the counter. That makes the place unenjoyable“

“Update 5-2022: That person is LONG GONE, Get 5 stars now?????Eating local again,Thank you to the NEW EMPLOYEESI love shopping & eating in my local town of Greenwood, Ar...But, When you go somewhere to eat, & you feel like you are a inconvenience, Then you would NEVER go BACK, There is someone that works here @ The Greenwood Subway that is rude, Snarky, & makes you feel like you can not make your Sandwich the way you want & She makes you feel like you inconvenienced her...I am not the only person here that feels that way.... But, Yet, She is still TREATING people like that, & YES..... WE HAVE COMPLAINED SEVERAL TIMES....She NEEDS a OVERALL ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT....“
