“If I could give higher stars I would we had Chelsea serve us and she was amazing. She greeted us as soon as we walked in she was cheerful through the whole process made sure we got exactly what we wanted on our sandwiches asked if we wanted extra of anything. I even got a cookie fresh out of the oven since they ran out earlier. Best Subway experience we have ever had. Keep up the GREAT work girlie 👍“

“Rachel and Haley always greet me with a smile! I love coming to this location on my lunch breaks. They make sure the entire experience is pleasant from start to finish. The food is always well prepared and delicious. The location is clean and well stocked. I never leave without hearing a heart felt thank you from the lovely associates. I appreciate Rachel and Haley for supplying me with the joy and fuel I need to finish my shift each day!“

“There was an issue with the app. I sent in my order and received an email confirming my order and my bank account was also charged but the order never made it to the location. The staff was welcoming and amazing. They verified everything, confirmed with their manager and fulfilled the order right away! Was perfect customer service!“

“Update 5-2022: That person is LONG GONE, Get 5 stars now?????Eating local again,Thank you to the NEW EMPLOYEESI love shopping & eating in my local town of Greenwood, Ar...But, When you go somewhere to eat, & you feel like you are a inconvenience, Then you would NEVER go BACK, There is someone that works here @ The Greenwood Subway that is rude, Snarky, & makes you feel like you can not make your Sandwich the way you want & She makes you feel like you inconvenienced her...I am not the only person here that feels that way.... But, Yet, She is still TREATING people like that, & YES..... WE HAVE COMPLAINED SEVERAL TIMES....She NEEDS a OVERALL ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT....“
