“First we arrived at Fisherman’s Wharf, got in quite fast. Very friendly staff we sat and ate dinner with lalo around 6:30. Didn’t get serviced until 6:45, when he came to the table is was very unprofessional and uncomfortable. Overall he did a great job and we got our food quickly, but every time he would approach the table he would have an attitude. The catfish was great, and my husband enjoyed the grouper oscar. 4.3/5* overall“

“Loved 501 Prime! The hostess got us in and seated quickly, she was very friendly, upbeat and had a great personality! Emerald was our server and she was exceptional! Emerald was very knowledgeable about everything 501 Prime, very attentive, friendly and engaged! Actually, not a single employee walked by our table that didn’t stop and engaged in a conversation. Everything we ordered was perfection. Just excellent service and food all the way around. Great experience, we’ll be back!“

“Wow! Freshness, authenticity, and quality. We ordered the Salmon Lovers platter and the Nigiri B* platter. Obviously the fish is the star of the show, but when a sushi restaurant puts extra effort into the sushi rice, you know they pay attention to detail. This was very high quality sushi. 10/10 it was made with love. Will be back.“

“we have lived here in the Springs for over 30 years and went to Phil's for 1st time last week..OMG..why did I wait so long?? this place is wonderful, staff was amazing and the food..YUMMO!!! .I am planning on trying everything on menu!!! I told our server we plan to become regulars and she said.." so you are going to become part of our family?"" that made my heart so warm and the answer is YES!!!“

“Thank you four kind reply. It must of been an off night. Charcuterie board was beyond gross with only 4 crackers and the onion rings were flavorless and greasy. My daughter had to leave abruptly to vomit. Our server tried so very hard to be accommodating, for that I gave her 5 stars. Our cocktails were undrinkable. Gordon Ramsey needs to seriously give the Ohio Club a makeover. Until then go anywhere but here.“

“The food was absolutely amazing and we had the catfish and the ribs are FALL OFF THE BONE AMAZING!!!! the sweet potato was probably the best I have ever had! Tiffani was our server and she literally was the best server we had in months! Attentive and fun! Seriously go here on your next Hot Springs adventure! The whole place was like eating somewhere you had been a million times and everyone was so nice and inviting!“

“We’ve been to about 100 pizza joints and this one is in the top 2! Excellent service. Friendly staff. Dogs allowed inside and patio. The pizza is outstanding. Perfectly proportioned between crust and toppings. I could taste every single item on my pizza! I got the Meat Head. Hubby got a Hot Honey Pepperoni 🍕 and 💥 bam it hits the mark! Absolutely amazing food. Delicious cocktails and it’s a place you wanna hang out in. Thanks y’all 🤩 Tony, Karen, Finn and Rail 🐾🐾“

“Absolutely love this place! Best bar in Hot Springs!! Not only did bartenders Ashley, Trey and Riven give us great service they also make you feel like family. Johnny in the kitchen makes one of the best deep dish pizza’s we’ve ever had. If you enjoy a chill atmosphere and dim lighting with great live music, Karoke, and exceptional food you’ve found the place!! Can’t wait to come back!“

“Food and service was very good....but.we were SHOCKED to receive a Table Charge of 18% of the bill since we had a table of an already set up table. This should of been revealed ahead of time. We refused to pay this excess charge which was taken off by the waitress and left a bad taste in our mouths...we gave a good tip after the removal of this MEAN charge.“

“We arrived close to closing time after a day at the lake. They graciously let us in and served us as if they just opened. The staff were kind, professional and efficient. “This is a decent place. The food is average , they charge $3 extra for adding an extra egg is a little crazy ( I could get half a dozen eggs for that) . This place is as expensive as some restaurants in top downtowns in the country
The banana/ blueberry pancake was also decent, the blueberry were a lot and make the pancake really tangy.
I hope they can improve of these things especially when they are competing with the Pancake House.“

“We had a wonderful time eating breakfast at this restaraunt today. The manager Juan was so nice and friendly. He indulged my husband with his wild conversation and was just very nice. He was even sweeping the floor while the other workers were busy. Our waitress Deana was also so friendly and sweet. Our food was delicious as always. We will keep coming back. Great Cracker Barrel! “This is a very nice sushi and buffet restaurant. I've never been there before and was there attending a baby shower for 2 special people in my life.
They have an awesome selection of food to choose from, including pizza and stuff for the kids... I also saw adults grabbing the pizza, so it must be good.
The staff was very friendly and professional.
