I’m a teacher and am guilty of stopping and making large, last minute orders for my class/students and never once have they made me feel like an inconvenience to accommodate a large, last minute order with variety AND kindness. I appreciate that and one of the main reasons I enjoy returning to their business. They offer basic coffee and refrigerated milk products to go along with your donuts. “I came here yesterday for coffee and breakfast but they had sold out of the food I was hungry for (biscuits and gravy) so I got my caramel macchiato and it was delicious! I came back today and Patricia remembered me and let me know they had biscuits and gravy! She promptly made me an order (everything was made to order) and surprised me by saying they were at no cost to me. The food is delicious, the coffee slaps, and the customer service is some of the best I’ve experienced in a long time.“

“Excellent customer service !!! I ordered a heart cake for my 30th Birthday celebration over the weekend. Upon pick up it was perfect, however I was celebrating in Dallas and traveled with the cake by car. Once I arrived at my destination, my cake was completely ruined. I guess the buttercream had melted.

This was extremely disappointing, because I had been looking forward to having the cake at my birthday dinner. The next day I contacted the shop not really sure what I wanted, but mostly to just express my disappointment. After some conversation, I assume either the manager or the owner offered to make a new one for me that would be available for pickup on my actual birthday today on 2/10.

I provided pictures of the cake below, not only did it look amazing but it tasted great. I would highly recommend purchasing from this bakery. However, if you’re traveling especially if it’s a buttercream cake make sure to have some sort of cooler to avoid what happened to mine the first time. Thank you Blue Cakes“

Y’all have to realize that they are not going to make something fresh at your demand if they have something in the case that has only been out of the oven 5-10 minutes. Suck it up and go purchase yours items else where. CUSTOMERS ALSO HAVE YO RESPECT COMPANY POLICIES!!!!!!! If they say that they’re not allowed to do a certain task that you ask of them, don’t question why just. It’s a difference between having good customer service and working with stupid and ignorant a** customers. Because adding “extra” butter makes no difference in the taste and it’s a waste of time. Coming up to the register not knowing what u want and there is a long line is a waste of time, just step over to the side and figure it out. STOP ASKING HOW MUCH SOMETHING IS AND LOOK AT THE MENU BOARD!!!!!! And if it’s not on display then don’t ask for it cuz it’s obviously not there.“

“I am a real fan of Fidel & Co, the best coffee and the best staff in the city! However, I went to Sterling Market for the first time yesterday with my friend Erika. I ordered some 🍕 - just a cheese by the slice. Wonderful char on the crust, and the brightness of the tomato sauce was amazing. I was so pleasantly surprised when Fidel cam over to say hello. I have met Fidel before briefly and passed on my appreciation for all that he has done to bring such quality coffee and welcoming atmosphere to LR. Getting to see this same high-level of execution and friendly staff at Sterling Market was no surprise.“

“This is exactly the kind of local hole-in-the-wall that makes you feel lucky (and completely satisfied) when you find it! The food is tasty, the portions won't leave you hungry, and the prices are MORE than fair. My husband ordered the Chimichanga while I had the Ranchero Especial - which we both absolutely devoured.
~ It's casual Mexican comfort food, and it's delicious. Music played in the background only added to the ambience.
I've read some reviews complaining about prices, and I can confidently say the menus ARE updated, so no worries.
I absolutely recommend El Torito, if you're looking for an authentic, low-key experience. ♥️“

“Mylo’s avocado sandwich and cappuccino are reasons enough for me to drive here all the way from Maryland. According to my husband, other things are wonderful as well. But, wow, this avocado sandwich is the best sandwich I’ve ever had. And my dog was welcome inside. Which is an extra bonus.“

“There's 2 people working at a time-- one baking and one working the drive through and counter. This makes service a little slow because he's trying to do both at one time but he does good keeping up. We got a lemon filled, Bavarian cream, cinnamon twist, classic glazed, bear claw, apple fritter and a sausage cheese kolache. They all slapped!!! Would definitely recommend.
