“I just wanted to leave a review for the Auntie Anne’s at McCain Mall in North Little Rock because the service there is honestly outstanding. Heidi, the manager, is absolutely amazing and goes above and beyond every single time I come in. She always remembers me, remembers details about my order that I can’t even enter into the app, and genuinely makes customers feel welcome and appreciated.
The entire staff up there deserves recognition as well. Everyone is always friendly, helpful, and professional, and you can tell they actually care about customer service. It’s rare these days to find a place where the employees are consistently this kind and attentive.

“I came here yesterday for coffee and breakfast but they had sold out of the food I was hungry for (biscuits and gravy) so I got my caramel macchiato and it was delicious! I came back today and Patricia remembered me and let me know they had biscuits and gravy! I’m a teacher and am guilty of stopping and making large, last minute orders for my class/students and never once have they made me feel like an inconvenience to accommodate a large, last minute order with variety AND kindness. “Clean environment. The wait wasn’t too long. Decent customer service. I ordered the Classic 6 (1 macadamia, 2 snickerdoodle, 3 sugar). I liked the macadamia. The snickerdoodles weren’t nasty but I’ve had better elsewhere. My toddlers said they didn’t like their sugar cookies. I didnt try them myself but I don’t really see how you can go wrong with a sugar cookie so I’m gna try them one day to see if I agree or not. The vanilla ice cream was okay. This isn’t one of my “favorite” places but I plan to take my children back.“

“I came to this location with little hope. When I went to Park Plaza, the location there told me this store was the worst one out of all the ones around. Told me to be clear of McCain mall too, and only come to them. However, I went there today while shopping at the outlet and was greeted very friendly And immediately was attended to. The manager made sure I bought fresh food and even let me customize my order mixing flavors in the lemonade. I’m not going to lie, the pretzels look better at this location than Park Plaza. And man that cinnamon smell is to die for. Five star all the way around. Shame on the park plaza location for talking down on such good people. Won’t be going there anytime soon.“
