“I lived in Maumelle for a few years and had the absolute pleasure of discovering MorningSide towards the end of my time living there. Not only are the bagels and coffee simply amazing, but the STAFF is PHENOMENAL! Any time I called, they knew my name and order, every time I walked in or drove up I was greeted with a smiling face. If I ever had a mistake, which I can count on one hand how many times that happened, it was corrected quickly and politely. I would often bring my dog with me, and they were quick to offer her pup cups and even learned her name. I really could go on and on about how personable and wonderful these people are! Places like MorningSide Bagels are more than just a place for a good breakfast; they are a place to feel comforted, seen, and a part of a community. I now live about 30 minutes away from MorningSide, but I still make an effort to go whenever I get the chance! And I am still met with the exact same kindness and delicious food 🙂“

“I came here yesterday for coffee and breakfast but they had sold out of the food I was hungry for (biscuits and gravy) so I got my caramel macchiato and it was delicious! I came back today and Patricia remembered me and let me know they had biscuits and gravy! She promptly made me an order (everything was made to order) and surprised me by saying they were at no cost to me. The food is delicious, the coffee slaps, and the customer service is some of the best I’ve experienced in a long time.“

I’m a teacher and am guilty of stopping and making large, last minute orders for my class/students and never once have they made me feel like an inconvenience to accommodate a large, last minute order with variety AND kindness. I appreciate that and one of the main reasons I enjoy returning to their business. They offer basic coffee and refrigerated milk products to go along with your donuts. “I came to this location with little hope. When I went to Park Plaza, the location there told me this store was the worst one out of all the ones around. Told me to be clear of McCain mall too, and only come to them. However, I went there today while shopping at the outlet and was greeted very friendly And immediately was attended to. The manager made sure I bought fresh food and even let me customize my order mixing flavors in the lemonade. I’m not going to lie, the pretzels look better at this location than Park Plaza. And man that cinnamon smell is to die for. Five star all the way around. Shame on the park plaza location for talking down on such good people. Won’t be going there anytime soon.“

The Possum Pie was sweet but fantastic. The cherry pie was a lovely tart flavor. The lemon merengue stopped my wife in her tracks and the apple pie was classic and perfect.

“Absolutely HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I ordered my order 5 weeks ago. I emailed them and they said they haven't even started bc they don't have any holiday cookies, even though the website says otherwise. Then I email to find the status and no one emails back. I have no more cookies left. They have completely screwed me. The lady was extremely rude. I've been a loyal customer for 8yrs but that means nothing.“

“Clean environment. The wait wasn’t too long. Decent customer service. I ordered the Classic 6 (1 macadamia, 2 snickerdoodle, 3 sugar). I liked the macadamia. The snickerdoodles weren’t nasty but I’ve had better elsewhere. My toddlers said they didn’t like their sugar cookies. I didnt try them myself but I don’t really see how you can go wrong with a sugar cookie so I’m gna try them one day to see if I agree or not. The vanilla ice cream was okay. This isn’t one of my “favorite” places but I plan to take my children back.“

“This is one of the best Donut shops in Little Rock. The Glazed donuts are Airy & pillowy soft to the touch & the breakfast Kolaches especially the sausage is perfect for road trip driving! I highly recommend stopping here if possible when in Little Rock. Staff is also very friendly but they are busy so be patient because it’s worth it.“
