“Tried Red Snapper for the first time and although they were out of whole snapper my husband and I got some catfish and shrimp and I just have to say everything was phenomenal! I had been craving fish in LR and other restaurants fish is never fresh enough. Always a weird texture or fishy after taste, this fish didn’t have any of that and the seasoning was on point! Young man at the window was polite and helpful, working on thanksgiving as well! S/o to him!“

WOW What a disappointment! 07/07/2025 Today at 1::00 pm went to eat and the doors were locked, no notification anywhere on the building, could see employee working the drive thru but, no attempt to communicate to customers what's going on. So this time as last time I drove across to Captain D's food and service was Great.
Love Long John Silver's but I'll not be back.

“They were unable to get me my oreo shake because icecream machine was down AGAIN. I promise it's always being cleaned, or put of service. Most Mcdonald I go to ALWAYS has a ice cream machine issue. I just don't even order it here anymore I pretty much skip it all together now and just go straight to sonic. But the staff was kind and did offer another idea in place of the oreo but I wasn't interested. Overall they didn't leave me with a bad impression. They were kind, suggestive, facility was clean so my overall impression is it could have been worse. I give them a 3 out of 5“

“Went through the drive-thru and ordered an unsweetened tea. They gave me a sweet tea and I had to pull into a lane and ask for another tea. it was slow and I asked for my money back just as they were bringing the tea out. Be awhile before I go back to that one.“

“I came to this location with little hope. When I went to Park Plaza, the location there told me this store was the worst one out of all the ones around. Told me to be clear of McCain mall too, and only come to them. However, I went there today while shopping at the outlet and was greeted very friendly And immediately was attended to. The manager made sure I bought fresh food and even let me customize my order mixing flavors in the lemonade. I’m not going to lie, the pretzels look better at this location than Park Plaza. And man that cinnamon smell is to die for. Five star all the way around. Shame on the park plaza location for talking down on such good people. Won’t be going there anytime soon.“

“First time ever trying Jersey’s Mikes in fort smith, AR. They had such a great crew! Everyone was so friendly, and had a great attitude, which created a great atmosphere! We got our subs to go and they were so good! Best sub I’ve had in a long time! The Turkey was shaved right on the spot! All the ingredients were fresh, crisp and delicious, I loved it! Will definitely go back, and highly recommend for a great sub!“

“This Chick Fil A is always quick and efficient. My food has always been hot and packed carefully. I work within 5 minutes and i frequent this location a few times a week. This location goes above and beyond. I was having a bad day recently, and my biscuit was cut in a heart. (Valentine’s day is coming up-that’s what it was for but it’s still a week away and it brightened my day). Always impressed by Chick Fil A. This location is a great addition.“

But when she realized, after they closed, she left her purse, Kyle from the midtown location contacted the other manager and found out it was in their safe and even volunteered to get it if we couldn’t make it when they opened. “The manager at this location won my heart over! I ordered a large Mac and cheese and didn’t receive it, it happens on a Saturday night! I came back in with the receipt and was quickly given my side and a smile, with an apology. I told him it was truly no issue and I was happy to get my food. When I looked in the bag, a bonus apple pie! So sweet. Such a small thing that made me feel like this location was so worth it! Thank you!“

“Food is always good here, love the grill dude Ben Willams(should be promoted) if I’m honest the other two employees that were there didn’t seem like they wanted to be there while Ben was happy and friendly. I came through the drive through to be met with a woman on the speaker, she seems like she hated her life very non enthusiastic, came to the window to be reasked what I ordered by a different person entirely as she didn’t put it in. Older gentleman comes to cash me out but as I show him I’d like to scan for rewards he calls Ben over as it’s too difficult, was his words. Ben was more than happy to help, even continued trying to scan our rewards when it wasn’t wanting to work, reassuring he was going to get it to scan. Personally have kept coming back to this location strictly for Ben, he’s so sweet and friendly, and happy all around. Give Dat Man A Raise 👏“

“Would give 5 stars however, there was an issue, with how much I was charged. The food was ready in a timely manner. It was exactly how I ordered, cooked perfectly, and had great flavor. I was a little disappointed in the bread sticks, but the melts where good, and so was the Pizza, and cinnamon sticks. Over all it was a good experience, just wish the manager on duty, had been able to fix the 20$ overcharge, due to somehow my order being doubled, once I checked out.“
