“"I mean, what can you say it's Subway.." NO! Incorrect assumption! I mean, yes, it is indeed a Subway, but the assumption that it is just like every generic Subway would be an incorrect assumption. The location makes this a small shop (the lobby does have nice seating if you do want to eat) but the manager of this location and the starndard this location sets really does make this location seem like a distinctly original restaurant. The store is clean, the ingredients are fresh, and the service is as good as service gets. The place has a feeling indicitive to the one you get when a person takes pride in whatever they may be showing or doing, it matters to this location that I like choosing this sandwich shop, it matters to this location if service is friendly, matters if I am comfortable when inside there shop. I like to think it matters because the work they do matters and a stores work will only ever be as good as the pride taken in running the store.“
“Best portions for subway. The only other on bar is out on the 40 towards england at the truck stop. Which is amazing by the way they have pizza hut breadsticks in the same cafe. When you order double meat at this one, you get double. And they do not chince on the buffalo sauce for those baffalo chicken subs you love so much. They did seem to be undergoing a cleaning or a refurbishing. Busy street, which sucks. Not one favored for making a left east on markham. Fine, if you're struggling on your way west. The server was friendly. Dont understand the tip option...... but hey, that's subway, right? Many subways in little rock are really lacking on portions. Great value for the dollar. Again, subway... stop with the tipping. Either pay them better or pay them service wages.... its a slap in the face to ever waiter, server, or service industry worker that relys on tips to make their income.“
“I stopped here because my friend wanted to eat here. He absolutely loves Subway. I'm not very much of a sandwich eater but I did enjoy this visit. The staff was very helpful and patient with us because we did encounter our very own personal issue while we were here. The staff was very friendly and helped us to make the very best of our endeavor. My sandwich was great and we enjoyed everything!“
“The guys working that day helped me out when a confused customer started kind of threatening me. He was mentally ill and the guys working there were calm and patient with the man and got him on his way without an issue.
That is going way above and beyond, especially showing the respect they did for the confused man. Great guys and I felt safe leaving. They diffused what could've been a scary situation for me, and my 85 year old Father in the car.

“We got 5 subways from the store at down town Little Rock for our long journey home. We put them into our hand luggage to go through security at the airport. But the x-ray machine rejected our bags and the Subway bags ended up been swabbed for drugs at the airport. All OK. fast and friendly service. The subway was very nice and had different fillings than the uk and much nicer than the airoplane meal.“

“Everyone hates going to fast food restaurants nowadays, because of the complete lack of customer service from the employees. It’s gotten so bad it’s not even funny anymore. And then I stopped by this subway and Aubrey took my order. I was so impressed I actually asked him what his name was so I could leave this review. This is the best customer service I’ve had in years and this guy should get a raise all day long and then some. And for that reason, and that reason alone, I will be returning to this subway.“
“Made a last minute call in for 2 party platters and these ladies didnt say no or fuss. She said they would get started on them right away and get them ready as soon as they could. Did I mention it was lunch time ? Had to wait about 40 minutes but considering they were making sandwiches for everyone and me I think it was reasonable amount to wait. Next time I know to call them in before I need them but they made it work for me this time. Thank you ladies.“
“This was a really good experience. Great experience. Really nice folks, who didn’t mind at all when we kept changing our mind on what condiments we wanted on our three sandwiches. It’s rare to eat fast food and to actually feel full and feel that we had some really tastefully good food. Everything was perfect. Even the cookies we got (macadamia nut) were to die for. Just a really good meal. Would recommend this location to anyone who likes subway sandwiches.“

There seemed to be only one employee working at the time but he was getting orders done quickly and accurately for a pretty steady stream of customers. He remained very polite and attentive in what I'm sure was a somewhat stressful situation. Food was good and great customer service“
“We have stopped by this Subway many times, as it is a good place to stop just outside of Little Rock either on our way there or on our way back home. My sandwich was standard Subway fare, but my reason for writing this review is the service I received. I was travelling by myself with my infant daughter. She was asleep, and I needed to stop for something to eat but didn't want to wake her. I carried her inside in her carrier. There were no customers inside at this time and two young men working. The young men were efficient and friendly. As I was leaving, I was carrying my sandwich bag, bottled soda, and my daughter's carrier. I approached the door to leave and turned, and one of the workers not only opened the store's door for me but followed me outside where he opened my car door for me, so I could put my daughter back in the car without having to balance and arrange everything I was carrying. It really impressed me, and I was very grateful.“

“This Subway is one of the BEST Subway restaurants I have been to in a very long time. The owner/manager is friendly and places customer satisfaction and service as the main focus. His portions are fair, not too much and not too little. It's a pleasure to walk in and be greeted and remembered. His staff are friendly and when customers ask for suggestions, staff offer respectfully. So glad I walked in one weekend afternoon.“
“Our company orders meat trays for employee Birthday's, etc. So with the Covid-19 stuff going on we thought we'd try the catering menu at this Subway which is very close to our office. We ordered the wrap tray, with chips, cookies and it was wonderful! It was all fresh, clean and it was ready for pick up when I got there. I didn't have to wait at all. The employee's there were friendly and appreciative for the order. I will definitely order from them again. Very pleased!“
“Okay so, I’m not a huge Subway person and typically don’t review fast food. However, I am seeing them actively disinfect their tables. I don’t care how you feel about COVID but generally speaking cleanliness in a restaurant is super important. They are super friendly. They were SUPER fast! Sandwich was a sandwich- but ingredients were fresh. I even saw him wipe down the door handles. Everyone should do that- always!!!! Oh- and their floor markings are clear, tidy, and spaced out. “Even though prices have gone up , I haven't had a chance to visit a Subway in a good while . When Subway sent me a flyer with sandwich deals , I just had to drop in - take advantage of the coupons folks . Communicating with the staff - other than "what you want on your sandwich" - will make your sandwich a whole lot more enjoyable . Peace ✌?“
