“we came in for breakfast this morning and our waitress was working solo. I have Alpha Gal with an allergy to not only mammals and mammal products but also gluten, dairy and eggs. Therefore ordering breakfast was a challenge. She listened intently to my allergies asked questions and relayed all allergies to the cook. I was able to order the loaded baked potato with no cheese and she even made sure that my chicken was cooked in a separate pan. Even though she was busy she went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly and there was no cross contamination. It made my dining experience very very good. I will definitely be back and added your restaurant to the Alpha Gal safe restaurant in my local Alpha Gal support group.thank you so much for making this such a great extras eating out is always scary for someone with Alpha Gal“
