“I feel like Jimmy John’s kinda gets a bad rap and people just kind of think it’s your typical sandwich place. I actually like the consistency of having a sandwich that generally tastes pretty good has relatively good ingredient on it and at the end of the day it taste good the one thing that I’ll say about maybe Jimmy Johnson in general is that we used to be freaky fast it really doesn’t seem to be the case anymore. If you go through the drive-through, you’re gonna be sitting there for a long time so I would recommend either getting it delivered or replacing your order online and picking it up in the store at the end of the day. I’ll probably still keep going to Jimmy John’s because frankly, I like it.“

“The new items on menu, especially taquitos are not good. Otherwise, the subs are of usual taste. The staff were very friendly, and the place was pretty neat. I wish they had some veggie patties available. Definitely a good place to grab a quick bite if you’re shopping around Rogers.“

“Favorite subway in NWA. The food is always perfectly made and we will go out of our way from Centerton just to come to this one. The boy working alone this evening made our food very well and was the best. Just wish Subway, the company, would give their staff better resources to flourish even more. Had to witness an rude customer take their frustration out on the boy working (who handled it better than I would ever) all because he was alone as if it was his fault and not the company’s. It’s not fair Subway, you have good workers, just be a better run company and stop sending solo teenagers to the frontlines.“

“I refuse to go to any other schlotzskys other than the one located in Roger's. I have been to over 25 different locations.And this one hands down has never failed me.The food is always fantastic.The atmosphere is peaceful and the staff here has always had such a positive attitude and provided great service! I don't know who runs the place but you're doing a damn good job! Note to add , this has been my favorite location for 7 years! And out of seven years never one time have I had a bad experience.

“Came in during the lunch rush today around 11:50. The lobby was busy, the drive through was non stop and the online orders just kept coming in. I’m kicking myself for not catching their names, but there were 3 women working the front counter. Clearly a very stressful environment. While waiting in line I noticed all 3 of them smiled at every customer, greeted every customer that walked in, made the sandwiches at an efficient and speedy manner and made time to plug all of Subways new menu items while doing it. I also couldn’t help but look around the place and wow… it’s muddy rain outside, a busy lobby and only 3 employees, yet the floors seemed spotless! The counters and tables were clean, the trash was nearly empty. Just wow. Nowadays, speed is such an important factor to the fast food industry and sometimes hospitality and manners can be pushed to the side. These employees handle it very well and I will definitely be returning.“

Rewards supports is the worse customer insults. >6 purchases never credited by cashiers and later rejected purchase rewards by online rewards support following cashiers and location managers' instructions because of their fault. At least they consistently make great sandwiches and reject all rewards when cashier make mistakes and app malfunctions“
