“There was an unscheduled group of Arkansas State Park Retirees that converged on them unannounced and the staff did an amazing job handling the group and getting us in and out. There turned out to be 18 of us but no one knew ahead of time how many would show, so we couldn't tell the staff the expected number. This didn't phase them at all!! They pulled together some tables and got the group in and out in an amazingly short time. (I might add that it was straight up noon when we got there) I was very impressed with how well they handled this unplanned group. I applaud their customer service skills!!“

“Just returned from eating at Old Bank. Food was good and server was very attentive. My complaint is that when I pay with cash I am always charged a credit card fee. I should not have to remind the server to make sure the fee is removed. Also, the small change (coins) due back from payment were not given, only the remaining dollars. So today, I was out an additional $.67 cents on my breakfast order of $10.44. What gives? I realize it's less than a dollar but it's the principal of the thing . . .“
