The ribs and oxtails that I tried also blew me away. I know I'm always going to have a hard time picking something to eat. It was our first visit but definitely not our last. “Having moved from California to Arkansas, I was about 7. HB’s was the first bbq sandwich I ever ate, soon after they opened. I’d go with Dad to pick them up. I can still here Mr. Slaughter chopping up the meat in the back room. We’d drive home to eat them with sides that mom made. The juice soaked through the plain brown bag by the time we got there. The taste was the most remarkable flavors I’d ever experienced. That peppery sauce! Moved away and haven’t had one in 30 years, but I bet they taste the same!“

“I just moved here from St. Louis. Rode past the truck and the smoke made my cravings kick in. On my may back I stopped by and got a rack of ribs. When I tell you those ribs were on point they were seriously on point. I got them with no sauce just cut. First they were tender as tender can be. Second seasoned to perfection and needed no sauce whatsoever. I ate 3/4 of that slab in one setting. All I can tell you is this is my bbq spot now that im here. They were spread with a glaze (to hide how dry they were?) that was yucky sweet and not at all something I would want again. I scraped it off as much as I could. Husband's pulled pork sandwich looked good. It costs too much these days to get subpar food. Get back to what made you famous - you have big competition now just down the road!“

“Absolutely outstanding experience at Corky’s BBQ in North Little Rock! I have to give a huge shoutout to our waitress, Nichole — she was AMAZING. Due to a staffing issue, she was literally running the entire floor by herself, and you would have never known it from her attitude or service. She was on top of everything, juggling multiple tables effortlessly, staying upbeat, attentive, and genuinely kind the whole time. She truly made the entire experience.

On top of the exceptional service, the food portions are insanely huge and the prices are very reasonable. You definitely get your money’s worth here. This was my first time at Corky’s, but it will absolutely not be my last.

Nichole deserves major recognition — she worked her butt off and represented Corky’s incredibly well. Can’t wait to come back!“

“This was our first visit and we absolutely loved our meal!! We started with the Parmesan Crusted Spinach Dip. So rich & creamy with pita bread chips. We were given a mini loaf of Multi-Grain bread with real butter. Next was the Shrimp & Lobster Chowder. Oh my goodness, hands down the best chowder ever!! Then I asked Renee (our server) so many questions about the menu and ingredients because of my tomato allergy. This is the first place I have been that had a book of ingredients. She didn't hesitate to offer the book and read each one. She was so amazing!! We each decided on the Outlaw Ribeye and steamed broccoli. The flavors were so delicious!
