“My husband and I had been seeing their sign on our many trips to Texarkana. So today we tried it and the food was delicious! Ate still I couldn't hold anymore and still have to bring a bunch of my leftovers home. The people are super friendly and checked with us several times to see if we needed anything else. I recommend this place and we will definitely be going back ourselves.“

“I got food through the drive thru. It was good. I had a sloppy joe sandwich and French fries. The sandwich was really good I'm not a huge fan of the BBQ sauce, personally. It's soupy/watery and too twangy for me but it got the job done. I'm from Chicago originally so we do it differently 😏“

“We came in around 6PM and a worker told us that they were about to close. My group of friends had to leave to another restaurant afterwards. My friend might have found the love of his life had he not been refused service. Yeah they don't like money I guess.“

“No complaints at all just went here with my 18 wheeler and could get around the back of the building easily, great customer service definitely coming back only constructive criticism I can say is the food wasn’t as hot as I would have like but that’s nothing the oven didn’t fix but other than that great job“

“We got the bbq fries, sausage, brisket, street corn, mac n cheese, and apple pie. The bbq was very soft and tender! Tasted good on its own and accompanied by the sauces. Portioned and priced very fairly. Service was excellent, the girl taking orders at 3:00 on 9/6 was very friendly and patient.“

“Blue Ember catered a wedding in Hope, Arkansas this past weekend, and let me say it was exceptional. I have worked over 200 weddings as the DJ, and this was the best BBQ and sides I've ever tasted! I also cook a lot, and Blue Ember does it right! Smoked sausage, brisket, pulled pork, beans, potato salad...all incredible! The staff was amazing as well. They make their own sausage and different flavors of BBQ sauce that made it all stand out! Really, really good! I ate too much and was miserable on the drive home! Grabbed some extra to eat for lunch on Sunday, and it was remarkable again! 10 stars! Don't even think about using anyone else! Best BBQ hands down.“

“This is what I miss when I am back in the Bay Area. You can’t beat Big Jake’s. Great BBQ sauce, brisket, and I could probably eat 10 servings of the pinto beans.
Service is also warm and friendly every time!
This is always my first stop after getting off the plane.“

“We booked a retirement party at Silver Star for one of our fireman. The food was great, the waitresses were phenomenal, and the atmosphere was fantastic. The manager made the booking seamless. A 10 out of 10. Thank you, Silver Star, for a great evening.“

“The BBQ here is delicious along with all the great side dishes! I mention the great side dishes because the seasoned zucchini and squash was A-MA-ZING!!! THE BEST EVER, it literally was the star of the show! Also, There are some great employees here! Alex and Angie are so outgoing, optimistic every time I'm in there, kind, and very helpful!!! The store did great when they hired these two!! I'm 100% looking forward to my next meal from there! I will be going back very soon. I'm getting hungry for it just typing this review, lol! If you haven't tried it, you don't know what you are missing! A MUST try! Enjoy!!!“

“My husband, daughter, Aunt, and I decided to stop by Longhorn Steakhouse for lunch today. The service was amazing, the atmosphere was great, and the food was absolutely delicious! The waitstaff was so attentive. It was such an enjoyable experience for my family and I, and definitely one of the best restaurant meals we’ve had in quite some time. When visiting Texarkana again, I will be sure to stop by.“

“My husband and I went last night on a double date with friends and they were packed! The wait was longer than normal but every second is worth it for the steaks we always order! Cory was our server and we enjoyed every minute with him. He was so attentive and apologetic about the wait. 10/10 recommend“
