“Their friendly atmosphere, the jenuine smiles. The dining area is always so clean. We eat there at least once a week. If possible I would give them a 10 star rating. Since I cannot I will give them a well deserved 5 star. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK“

“Bay Leaf is hands down my favorite restaurant in Fort Smith! Not only is the food amazing, the customer service is so good!! The food is authentic, fresh, and so flavorful. I have enjoyed every single thing I have tried. The owners is super sweet and wants what the customers want. 11/10 recommend!!!!!“

“I really wish the servers either wore name tags or introduced themselves. Service can be hit or miss so, its nice to have the name of the servers you enjoy. Food presentation and preparation is almost always spot on. Server wise, Lauren and Caddy are always spot on.“

“It was backed up on 3/29/26. Ran out of wings and it was drive thru only at night. I called them since I ordered online and didn’t want to wait in the line. The lady on the phone was soooo kind and told me the issue! The manger on shift gave me extra stuff to compensate, and was so kind aswell. Only 4 star cuz a Mexican kid was rude when I told him it wasn’t my order when he asked if it was my order. He shrugged his shoulder acting all clueless instead of being respectful.“
