“Irritable Bao is delicious!!!! I have never eaten anything that was not good! My favorite is bang bang shrimp and Buffalo Bao. It is impeccably run, the owner is always kind and loves people. Part of the draw is seeing him each time you are there. The college kids can’t get enough. The line is often down the street. Our entire family loves it and eats it every visit which is OFTEN!”

“This Mexican restaurant, which recently opened, has quickly become a favorite of mine after my second visit. It offers a traditional Tex-Mex experience, and we started our meal with a chilled beer and a "wines rita" cocktail. The beer was served at the perfect temperature, setting the tone for a great meal. We also tried the aguas de Jamaica; although I'm not usually a fan, this one was spot on.

As a Mexican food enthusiast, my expectations are high, but the carnitas surpassed them. When the dish arrived, I was immediately impressed and couldn't wait to dig in. Honestly, the chef deserves five stars for the carnitas—they were outstanding.

The enchiladas and tacos my wife and daughter ordered also looked delicious.

Bow & Arrow serves up an assortment of smoked meats that can be enjoyed on their own with an array of traditional southern and tex mex sides like mashed potatoes and gravy, collard greens, borracho beans, and sweet corn rice. The menu also includes enchiladas, fajitas, tacos as well as a brand new cocktail menu featuring twenty-six new libations, with of course, margaritas! “When in Auburn, this is our go-to for pizza. Auburn has all of the big-name national short order pizza companies, but none compares to Hungry Howies. While they have delivery, we like to pick it up as it is close to our place in Auburn. It is easy in and easy out with lots of parking. Our orders have never taken longer than 15 to 20 minutes to prepare. We love the works which is a little bit of just about everything. We also like the original thin crust. They do offer eight crusts, but the original is our pick. They also have other items like wings and bread sticks. Give it a try, you will love it.”

“Food was just what I expected from Amsterdam - excellent. Most of the original menu items seemed to be available.They were understaffed when we arrived. All the empty tables were dirty and there was no ice in the drink machine. When I pointed it out, though, they rapidly changed gears and both were corrected.There was no alcohol on the overhead menu or anywhere else we could see, but the young man at the next table sat down with an unopened beer can.Good concept but the local staffing shortages kept it from being great.

This was a special day! A little blast from the past with a lifelong friend and fellow Auburn fan!”

“Extremely friendly staff and chef. The chef was experimenting with a new pork belly dish and asked if we wanted to try it. Four of us agreed to try it and were very pleased. It was extremely tender and quite delicious. I can't really say what it was, but it had ginger in the sauce and tasted fantastically.”

The pros:
The atmosphere and service were superb. It is always a pleasant suprise to find a clean restaurant and friendly staff that are available and eager to answer any questions or concerns. The cole slaw was fantastic (which is honestly hard to find) the crinkle cut french fries were crispy no at all soggy, and the toast is perhaps the most flavorful and buttery out of any fried chicken tender establishment.

The cons:
The chicken suffers from the same problem as Cane's; it is not at all seasoned and the seasoning is all in the sauce. Honestly, this was incredibly disappointing and it can be fixed by tossing the chicken into some spices after frying. The condiment list is also vastly lacking as there are only 3 choixes to choose from. Add some malt vinegar to the list and some different sauces for the patrons to try to create a nice variety.

Overall, I think it is worth a try but there are some improvements that the franchise can make to make the dining experience better.”

“I’ve been eating at this place for a while now, and I love it!!! The people are nice, and sweet whenever I go there. I always get their chicken, and shrimp bowl with 2 yum yum sauces with a large fruit punch. It’s a good combination, and trust me… it is.”

Never need ketchup for the fries, because I dip those buggers in the leftovers from the wings. The onion rings are top quality, as well.I'm hearing a lot of complaints about the size of the wings in the other reviews. If volume of food is a priority for you, you can certainly find bigger ones in the area. They'll likely be full of gristle and unevenly cooked. Every bit of flesh on these bones is primo quality, and provides a perfect ratio of sauce to meat. Quality > quantity.”

I called back because I didnt notice the charge until I came home. When I called I was told that the Mgr would be with me in 5 mins. 5 mins turned to 17 mins and someone hung up. My time is money and I'm invested at that point. I call back and was told because I ordered steak and the fact they include plastic ware (which I never recieved) that is why it's an upgrade. BTW, they were NOT the Manager, just someone to pass me off on.. It wasnt busy and only had 4 cars in the lot. I simply wanted a professio al person to tell me WHY I'm being charged when I used MY GAS and I even tip at checkout..They dont show you the itemized bill until you've paid ofcourse. This should be posted visibly for customers because I surely could've went to the other Mexican restaurant near the walmart.. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DISMISSIVE. Never again....”

A while ago, I had no idea you could eat sea squirt raw rice bowl in the United States.
I really enjoyed it.
I ordered raw fish last time and it was delicious...

“This is my all time favorite Waffle House. It’s on Opelika Highway in Auburn Alabama. The service is always great and when Mr Lloyd is on the grill, you know your order will be perfect and delicious. Love to watch him cook...grace and calm under pressure. He’s a good, strong influence on the rest of his team. The sausage, egg and cheese hash brown bowl with a scoop of sausage gravy is my favorite! Thank you Mr Lloyd!”

I would recommend this location to singer/songwriters, 2 or 3 piece bands and DJs. the atmosphere is fun and the staff is very professional and laid back! “I have been eating here for 20 years. They are consistent and the food is excellent. More importantly, they are hardworking, family owned and honest people. I stopped by to grab some soup and dropped a large amount of cash. I didn't know it at the time. Their hot and sour soup is amazing and it's made to order. When I went to pick up my soup the owner handed me the money that fell out of my pocket.”

My wife asked for a rare flavor and he was able to make it happen for her with no problem.
