“We were in town for an AU event. Our family decided to get reservations ahead of time, knowing there were other things going on that may make the location busy. We walked in, saw folks waiting, approached the greater and they confirmed our reservation. We were then seated immediately! The food was great and very filling. We will definitely be back when visiting Auburn!”

“Bow & Arrow Restaurant in Auburn, AL is one of my favorite restaurants in the area. I have always had a delightful experience and the food is abolutely delicious. Bow & Arrow serves up an assortment of smoked meats that can be enjoyed on their own with an array of traditional southern and tex mex sides like mashed potatoes and gravy, collard greens, borracho beans, and sweet corn rice. The menu also includes enchiladas, fajitas, tacos as well as a brand new cocktail menu featuring twenty-six new libations, with of course, margaritas! I had the BBQ sandwich with fries and it was absolutely delicious and my server was very friendly and was attune to my needs.”

“I was greeted by a very nice woman at the counter that seemed to be genuinely enthusiastic about the quality of my visit. I ordered the Kickin' Kay Lynne, BLT style with a fruit cup as my side. I was also told about the Chicken Salad Chick app, which I did download, to earn points toward rewards/food at future visits. That's a plus. The same woman's enthusiasm continued as she brought my order to the table where I was seated. Her positive attitude actually made me feel happy to be there and added to the enjoyment of my visit. I wish I had only captured her name, because she deserves some extra recognition. She was a light skinned, possibly black, woman with short black hair underneath a hat. She also wore glasses. She was great. My food was excellent. The fruit was fresh and sweet as could be. I drove all the way from Alexander City, AL to get my meal and it was all I'd hoped for and more. I ended up ordering a large to-go container of the Sassy Scotty to make my trip all the more worth it. I highly recommend this restaraunt to any and everyone searching for a unique twist on the ol' chicken salad sandwich. Two thumbs way up ??”

If you aren't interested in true authentic Korean food, go to the hot pot down the street because this is NOT the place for you (your bad reviews because you are used to bland or super sugar loaded american chinese are not comparable).My soup was piping hot, beautiful clear broth, not greasy or fatty, mild savory beefy flavour and the beef was very tender. The spicey chicken kabobs were good, on the tougher side from the glaze and grill but very flavourful and perfect with rice. Wish I lived closer, ill have to make this a roadtrip stop in the future.”

Sometimes they ship in fresh fish or sea cucumber on the day of. Combo comes with many side dishes and spicy seafood soup at the end is way to fish the combo meal. I've been to many places in Auburn, but this is so far the best place for live sashimi.”

“These are the greatest wings I've ever had. The sauce is spicier than your average buffalo wing, and a wonderful flavor. Never need ketchup for the fries, because I dip those buggers in the leftovers from the wings. The onion rings are top quality, as well.I'm hearing a lot of complaints about the size of the wings in the other reviews. If volume of food is a priority for you, you can certainly find bigger ones in the area. They'll likely be full of gristle and unevenly cooked. Every bit of flesh on these bones is primo quality, and provides a perfect ratio of sauce to meat. Quality > quantity.”

“Some of the best tacos I've ever had! The tortillas are so good, and the salsas are life changing. Every meat option I've ever had here so far is great, but the tripas are especially delicious and crispy! The tacos are loaded up with meat and have just the right amount of cilantro and onion to round it out. I've had the quesadillas and burritos as well and they are so delicious and filling.As a heads up, the website orders don't go through every time, so they recommend calling or just stopping in! Calling orders in is a breeze with them so I recommend that.”

“Extremely friendly staff and chef. The chef was experimenting with a new pork belly dish and asked if we wanted to try it. Four of us agreed to try it and were very pleased. It was extremely tender and quite delicious. I can't really say what it was, but it had ginger in the sauce and tasted fantastically.”

“I’ve been eating at this place for a while now, and I love it!!! The people are nice, and sweet whenever I go there. I always get their chicken, and shrimp bowl with 2 yum yum sauces with a large fruit punch. It’s a good combination, and trust me… it is.”

“Solid 4 star rating! Got the sesame chicken (which tasted a bit like General Tso's chicken bc it had a bit of a spice kick to it) nonetheless still good. We also ordered the crab ragoon (not pictured) they were ok. Not very much filling inside and tasted a little old/cold. Also ordered two egg rolls. Pretty standard, but also smaller than average. Ambience was generic, but clean. The to go lady was friendly. Will return but might try something else next time.”

“We were in town for a couple of days and needed a place for lunch. Jim 'N Nick's was recommended by our hotel. BBQ from Alabama was high on my list and, oh by, was this the place! Sitting at our table, watching them serve another group with a full rack of ribs, I almost fell out. The 1/2 rack was double the amount of tasty, falling off the ribs, BBQ. Another of our group described the ribs and meaty, and they weren't wrong. Service was excellence, the place was comfortable, but the ribs.... Why talk about anything else. Oh, my bride had the loaded potatoes and was totally happy.”
