“Brunch with Mrs. V. @ one of our fave brunch eateries in downtown Gilbert. Frannie ordered the Chili Verde Benedict which she described as absolutely amazingly. I ordered Juan’s Breakfast Tacos (My go to) which had flavor for days. A beautiful Fall day, 85° and sunny, provided perfect weather for outdoor seating. Our server, Camille, was extraordinarily friendly, and engaging. The GM, Mariam visited our table and presented us with a complimentary cinnamon roll pancake (off their “secret” menu) courtesy of Camille, which was incredibly thoughtful and delicious. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend!“

“2nd time here. Ordered the hash browns with sausage gravy to go using their online system. I received a text right away saying they received my order. I received a 2nd text saying my order was ready within 2 minutes of placing my order. I got to the hostess stand and they checked on my order only to find that it wasn't ready and that it would take 10 minutes. To be fair, the place was busy at 10 am on a Sunday. What I ordered was probably quick to make as the gravy was already done and the hash browns don't take long to make. I waited the 10 minutes and went back up to the hostess stand only to find that my order had been sitting there. So that's why I gave the service 3 stars.

Their sausage gravy is ridiculously good. You don't need hash browns or biscuits, you could just use regular toast. It's awesome. Don't judge this place for when it was BLD. Brunch Snob is legit and the crowds are proof.“

“Pulled in before a long workday, just needed a proper breakfast — nothing fancy, just something solid to start the day. Reviews around were strong, so I figured this would be an easy win.

Walk in… and yeah, first impression looks good. Clean design, bright space, nice energy. Feels like a place that should deliver.

But then it kinda started slipping.

Stood at the entrance for a minute or two while the hosts were talking to each other. Not a huge deal, but you notice it. Then I get seated — and the table’s not really clean. Crumbs, some random residue, even salt scattered around. Seat wasn’t clean either. Small things, but it throws you off right away.

Now, service — completely different story. My server was great. Water showed up immediately, no questions. Super chill, patient while I was deciding. That part felt right.

Ordered a caramel latte and a crispy chicken steak with scrambled eggs.

Coffee — no complaints at all. Smooth, balanced, actually really good. You can tell they care about that part.

Food though… yeah, not gonna lie, that’s where it lost me.

Toast came out burnt on one side. Not “a little crispy” — actually burnt. And it’s just bread… takes seconds to redo. Chicken was crispy, but more like overdone. Texture felt off. Eggs looked fine, but taste-wise just flat. No seasoning, nothing that makes you want another bite.

And that’s the thing — breakfast is simple. When the basics don’t hit, the rest doesn’t really matter.

Place has potential, for sure. Good concept, strong service, great coffee. But the kitchen and cleanliness need attention.

I don’t regret stopping by, but I wouldn’t come back. Next time I’m in Phoenix, I’ll try somewhere else.“

“I love coming to US Egg because the staff is friendly, they seat you fast and the food is always solid and consistent. I had the 3 Mimosa Flight and Triple Play Combo with whole wheat pancakes and eggs, and the great service made it a relaxed visit where I could hang out solo without feeling rushed.“
