Panda Express in Tucson

“I love coming to this place. It is my favorite Mongolian BBQ and now they have added red cabbage and hatch green chilies to the menu. They also make crab puffs from scratch homemade, sweet and sour sauce which is just perfect for either an appetizer or a dessert. They also make a homemade pot mustard. So if you're in the mood for Asian food or a healthier option for a great dinner that's not going to blow your wallets. It's even a lower price than going to McDonald's and it is definitely way more filling and better for you. You need to come here. It has a wonderful atmosphere, very pleasing service. People who are wonderful and nice and it's family owned. So support your local Tucson business and come out. You will not regret it.“

“Customer service here is questionable. Seem like most the people speak broken English and talk quickly in addition to that which makes it even harder to understand what they're saying. I ordered the mushroom chicken and the girl says quickly like I'm supposed to know you're going to wait for the mushrooms? I said what do you mean she nods at the bowl where they dish the mushrooms from like I should know that it's not full. I said no I'd rather not wait I'll have to order something else. That's too bad I had my heart set on mushrooms I want to say why are you letting that run out as one of your main entrees that's kind of ridiculous to me. Then the lady at the cash register talks quickly in broken English and ask me questions and if I want to donate to the children's hospital and what sauces I want and I can't hardly understand what she is saying and I have to ask her to repeat herself several times. I asked for a water cup and as I am stepping away I didn't see one and ask her for it again if she's pointing towards the wall at the end of the restaurant and I'm looking over towards the wall as if there's cups there and there's not and she's pointing to a small cup that's on my tray that I overlooked. I'm wondering why didn't you just say there's a cup on your tray instead of pointing her finger towards another direction in the restaurant that caused confusion but anyhow the food was okay. not enough of a helping . I don't understand why they hire people to work in restaurants that speak broken English and then in addition that they speak quickly making even harder to understand them. I would encourage them to reconsider that in their hiring process.“

“Karla did an absolute amazing job with her customer skills. Her boss did as well. I did not catch his name. He probably told me his name, but I forgot but both of them had a great customer service. I haven’t been greeted like this in a while at panda on Oracle and today I was craving some panda and I’m glad I came by because the customer service was fantastic. Please keep it up. It felt wonderful being greeted.“

“The only reason I give 4 out of five for atmosphere is because it was so busy it was chaotic and I had a hard time just getting in the parking lot. And I still had to park in the lot beside it. I like this store, it's clean, the employees are helpful and the food is always good!“

“The worker Jesus gave my family and I such a great experience. The store was busy and he still managed to provide us with a great service and with such a positive attitude. I will definitely be coming again. We need more workers like Jesus!“

“Good Experience Overall

Food was fresh and tasted good, and the staff was friendly and efficient. The restaurant was clean, and service was quick. One small thing kept it from being a full 5 stars, but overall it was a good experience and I’d come back.“

“My impression is that his location is an older one, as the inside is not as nice as most other P.E. locations we have visited. Service and food was pretty much standard fare for P.E. - decent enough for the price, with no real issues. This won't be our go-to for fast Chinese (kinda) food, but we won't mind stopping in again if we once again find ourselves in that part of Tucson.“

“Trying hard to stay on a carb free eating habit is hard to do when your on the road traveling all day. My go to are the bowels with veggies and a protein. A little more expensive than 2 slices of pizza or two cheesy beef burritos at taco bell. But much more healthier. Food is tasty and hot. Not a bad option.“

“I'm not sure where all the complaints come from. I eat here regularly and always find the food quality high and the service very fast, especially given how busy it can get. I really like the green vegetables available here. You can't really get decent vegetables like these at other fast food restaurants.“

“Our company has monthly lunches for employees and at least twice a year we order from here. The food is always delicious and the staff are wonderful. I have to order food for 2 shifts, and the order is always perfect. We will continue to order from them again and again.“

“Shoutout to the whole staff at the Panda Express on Valencia Road. I went in there earlier this evening (5/8/26) around 8:30PM, and it was busy—especially the drive thru.

There wasn’t a lot of staff members, but I got to witness those who were there, work very well together to complete their orders. The two women that I did get the names of were Sandra and Andrea. Neither of them looked stressed and were completely professional. God bless you all!“

“7:30-50 1/19 — great service from Kena? (i didn’t get to see her name tag that well) she was doing an amazing job welcoming in customers and super friendly service she was on the line by herself, doing not only orders from customers that came in but doing mobile orders as well. there was only 1 cook in the kitchen and half the bowls were empty. 1 girl in drive thru and it looked like two other people were just helping out where they could. then comes the manager Kari, yelling at them in front of the customers to hustle or do something different…like girl get ur self in there and start helping them. mind u she was doing some admin work with another higher up. super rude and this is just from a customer pov. idk that manager needs to fix her attitude and timing ….“

“I had to edit my review. Since coming back, they've fixed the vegetables so really solid all around now. Props for taking the feedback. 5 stars!

The food was good except for all the vegetables. They were underdone and crunchy. Service was excellent though“

“This Panda express on oracle and what more is a very clean place get very good customer service the food is always fresh and I do go through the drive through quite a bit. And the employees in the drive through window are very nice on the intercom, very nice in person, always smiling? Makes me feel important as a customer f. YII give them a tip every time I go because I appreciate their good customer service. They get surprised that somebody's giving them a tip but I want to let them know that they are appreciated. I highly recommend this one to go to and if you get great customer service, no matter if it's a restaurant or fast food. If you got an extra couple of dollars and that person's giving you great customer service, give them a couple of dollars to let them know that you appreciate their customer service that they give to you. Thank you.“

“As long as I’m living in Tucson I will forever only come to this location the food is always hot and fresh customer service is threw the roof I unfortunately had locked myself out of my car and three gentlemen came out to help me unlock my car they didn’t have to I didn’t ask they just willing came out to help me I’ll forever be so thankful for their kindness! Also Annette is always so kind and warming I always get a smile when I see her walking through the door! Forever grateful for this wonderful team you have !“

“I order at this location at least three times a week due to its location convenience but more importantly the service. Ale and Makhyla make my brief time at this establishment very enjoyable and make it a place where i know i will come back to.“

“We stopped by three days ago on our way home from bat night at the desert museum. Sorry I didn't take any pictures but everybody was so hungry when we got home ?. The lady at the window was great and the food was delicious. We had honey walnut shrimp, orange chicken, mushroom chicken, Chow mein, crab rangoons the watermelon mango drink and know my son had a lemonade but I don't remember what flavor ?“

“The staff and environment here is so welcoming and very attentive. The staff is equally very well customer service oriented and very friendly.
So far the greatest location with great ethic and delivery with well rounded customer service trained team! The best part of all, they are all bili mg I’ll - Spanish speakers.“
