“The one time we went there and the girl was super rude. She had an attitude when she got her order wrong. She came through us our food and slammed the door for the drive-thru shut. We had to walk back around and tell her that our order was wrong and that's when she got a really bad attitude. Luckily we have seen the manager a few times and he made it better, he gave us both a free meal!“

“There's never a wait, even when the drive thru is full. The staff is always nice to me. They even give me sauces in occasion for free if I ask. Never had a messed up order yet u like other popeyes. But I wish their spicy chicken was actually spicy. But that's not a location problem. 5 stars.“

“We are regulars here i would say once a week maybe, and tonight was the best and nicest service we had .Madux was our drive thru window / speaker guy and he's was nice and spoke clear was very respectful if he needed up to repeat something and then at the window was the same way definitely need to hire more guys like him much appreciated Madux 👏🏼“

“Excellent customer service. The chicken seems like it should be more flavorful since they are a chicken restuarant. I finally got around to going there for their famous chicken sandwiches and they weren't serving them anywhere. I suggest the apple pie for a sweet desert and their biscuits with honey and butter are delicious!“

“Fish sandwich was delicious. I had the spicy sauce - yum. My partner had the traditional tarter sauce and said it was very good too. Fries were good. Sweet tea was perfect. Service was a little slow, although both the drive thru and dining room were busy. Crew was friendly and welcoming.“

“We ordered burgers and couldn't decide which family chicken package to order, but the cashier kindly suggested a package that really suited us. The burgers were good, except there were parts where the breading was still uncooked, but we still ate well.“

“Ive had issues before in the past with this location but i can definitely say they have stepped up there game i was greeted and they all looked happy its better than when i first came a couple months back the food tasted better the seating area looked cleaner definitely better“

My boyfriend and I went to the drive thru at 11:30pm, and were helped by Jada. She has the best customer service I have experienced in years. She didn't rush me through my order, happily answered questions, was very polite, had a great smile, and to top it all off, the food was fresher and hotter than I've ever gotten it before.

With how much customer service has declined in the past several years, it is so refreshing to have such a great experience. Thank you so much Jada!“
