“I’ve read the reviews. Look, this isn’t a fancy tourist bar or 5 star restaurant. It’s a local saloon in the middle of nowhere with mediocre food & service. Chill out, try to fit in, don’t dress up, don’t act entitled. Enjoy the experience for what it is. Sitting at the bar will get you the best, friendly service. Burgers and wings are good. And well, beer is beer!”

“Just went to Shelby’s with a group from my church, and they refused to service me and my 4 kids. They wrongly accused my daughter of something when she worked there and fired the Entire staff except their own family. The daughter was the one wrongly accusing every one of things they didn’t do. Lucky my daughters good reputation follows her and she got a job else were where they treat their staff with dignity and respect. So now that we went to try to enjoy a meal with my church they made us leave. Really bad people. Too bad because their food is good. I will pray for their hearts as they are not good people!”

“Pulgarcitos is a wonderful place to get some great Mexican. The Taco salads are the best I've had in a long time. They suggest food and every time it is a winner! I look forward to getting through their entire menu. They are very friendly and makes us feel welcome! Very happy we found this food truck.”

“Best margaritas you’ll find in town. Cheese Crisp (with green chilies) the best this side of the line. All their food is delicious , fresh and authentic ...Owner and Staff are friendly great folks. Tequila shots are top of the line. Only place you’ll find delicious Chocolate Tequila!!!! Make it your to go place while you’re here. Mariachis are genuine and know 1000’s of songs. Be part of the atmosphere and request a favorite. Indoor or Outdoor dining is great , always clean , choose shade or sun and it’s dog friendly. Been coming here for years, a local Rio Rican.”

“Our first time dining at Melio’s. We went early, love having Linner. It is a quirky, wonderful space and we felt instantly comfortable. From that point it was all uphill. The service was friendly and personal, and the food was stellar. All the food is made to order, including the pasta. We were too full for dessert, but hearing the days homemade desserts made us want to plan to come back soon and save space for dessert.”
