“Great everything! Brisket reuben and sweet potato fries were delicious. My husband got a Tri-Tip Bowl...it was a large portion...full of flavor and very filling. One of our party had a 12oz steak...it was cooked to order and a very filling meal. The staff were quick and so kind. They even turned on the lights in an area that wasn't being used so that we could look around and take it all in. Highly recommend!!”

“The cheese crisp with shredded turkey and green chilies was excellent! The margaritas were great and they were served to the table unbelievably fast. The blueberry 'burro' for dessert was so good. A very nice balance of cinnamon, sugar and very lightly fried. An all around great experience.”

“One of my favorite spots in Tubac, is to treat myself to lunch or dinner at Shelby's Bistro. One of my favorites is the shrimp and avacado salad. Crisp greens, high quality shrimp and the dressing is fabulous. My husband enjoys the juicy hamburger with the best fries ever!”

Tequila shots are top of the line. Only place you’ll find delicious Chocolate Tequila!!!! Make it your to go place while you’re here. Mariachis are genuine and know 1000’s of songs. Be part of the atmosphere and request a favorite. Indoor or Outdoor dining is great , always clean , choose shade or sun and it’s dog friendly. Been coming here for years, a local Rio Rican.”

“Friendly servers. Just don't eat at the patio! the bar next door had zero consideration for people around them. No problem with Marijuana smokers, but someone needs to bring it to there attention people and children are around and lighting up bongs is NOT OK. Habaneros is a great place but stay away and sit away from the bar next door.”

“8 Feb 2024. First visit for me, on a really windy and cold night. I chose the evening special of liver and onions and carrots and the portions were generous and delicious. I loved it. A plus for the facility is the airlock entryway which keeps the wind out and the dining area snug and comfortable. I'd read an article in the previous weekend's Wall Street Journal about the emerging non-alcoholic beer industry. The Grill didn't have the beer featured in the WSJ article but David, the bartender, had a Heineken version instead. I tried that and liked it. A big plus for good conversation are the big but QUIET TV's. Will certainly go back.”

“Our 1st time here. We always stay at Tubac golf & spa and typically eat at the restaurant on site. We're happy to find this place. Ordered a large pizza (and it was large) and the linguine marinara. For the 3 of us, we couldn't finish the pizza. We'll be back for sure. Folks were nice and good service.”

“The booth seats are worn out. Should have spent the money on seating instead of the barely used robot. Service was good and the food was above average. I was impressed that the waitress asked if we wanted a to go cup for our coffee. That was a first!”
