This past Sunday, August 29, 2026 me, and the family were coming back from Sedona, and some of us were hungry for breakfast. Some of us were hungry for a little lunch they were able to satisfy all of us. The portions were great the salsa and all the meats were fresh and this was around lunchtime. The Taco Spot in Anthem is a local business worth checking out. The food is fresh, packed with flavor, and the portions are great. The pricing is very reasonable and affordable. The staff is friendly and the service is excellent.
The Surf & Turf tacos, Surf & Turf burrito, and carne asada street tacos are absolutely amazing. The Birria Tacos are fantastic, with tender meat and a rich, savory consommé for dipping. The Mangonada, a frozen mango drink with a Tajín kick, is cool, sweet, and perfectly spiced. The chicken is awesome, and the Carne Asada has lots of flavor. The salsa is great. The space is bright, clean, and full of great vibes, and the patio will be perfect once the weather cools off.
The Taco Spot is family owned, and the owners are on site working the floor. The food is pretty authentic, and the flavors in the food and salsa are impressive. It is a great spot for good tacos and Mexican food, and a great idea to stop coming in or coming back from Sedona.
