“When you're working in one of two fried chicken places in a town AND your company launches an amazing deal for your first online order, there are bound to be some wrinkles to iron out. I ordered dinner for my family last night and was sadly disappointed to find out that they didn't have the ingredients necessary for my order. I was so sad, we really wanted chicken. I returned to the store today to either get my order or my refund and was happily surprised by how kind and courteous the staff handled my situation.
