“First off, the cashier roughly snatched my money out of my hand, the place needs to be cleaned after clearly being busy at lunch (only two gentlemen at tables so not busy). Most tables had food on it. The staff needs to monitor food prep because they ran out if steak, with a 30 minute wait, so I was offered chicken instead. . . and a coupon. I'd rather an up size on my small drink or nachos! The staff explaining was very nice. The cashier was much more polite serving me my alternative meal. She should be that nice initially, not after a problem with my order due to their oversight.
The restroom was spotless. My food was got and delicious.“

“We ordered and they gave us our food. It's about the same as any Wendy's i've ever been in. I got the new taco salad. The old taco salad is a lot better. They used to give you actual salsa. Now they give you salsa salad dressing , which is not very good. You used to get a lot more corn chips with the taco salad. Hardly any now. I won't be going to Wendy's as often as I used to.“

I've had a few times where I feel like I'm being ignored for a little while when I go in as I'll get to the counter and an employee will look at me, say nothing and walk away but that's a rarity. Also yes to the jalapenos 🤤 so good they add vitamin c and spice to the meal. Thank you Roberta, for making my experience ordering so nice, and to whoever was taking care in the back too.
