“Richard has been a huge life saver! My venue is the building ONLY! As I was stressing about finding a caterer, bartenders, busers, servers, etc… I stumbled upon Richard and he PROVIDES IT ALL! And much more! All my stress has melted away knowing that Richard is taking care of it all! I also love knowing that they only do one wedding a day! Which in my mind means, he will be totally focused on my wedding which puts me at ease and I know that he’s got my back come the big day and I can’t wait to see his team in action! “We attended a catered event last night for a senior awards ceremony. I'm told that Brown Brothers did the catering. The food was incredible! The rolls had such a nice home baked flavor (even the butter was perfect). The salad greens with strawberries was so fresh and unblemished. The salad and dressing combination was perfect. The chicken marsala tasted much better than it looked (not that it looked bad, because it didn't! I just didn't expect much from it, but I was definitely wrong!) The slice of roast beef that I was given was perfect! And the mashed potatoes...I could do an entire review just on the potatoes. Everyone at our table thought they were absolutely incredible! Best mashed potatoes I've ever had. The green beans almondine was superb as well. Dessert was perfect as well. I'm not the one who catered the event obviously, so I can't comment on the business side of things. But if it's anything like the food, then it's 100%! I definitely recommend Brown Brothers.“

“Had the breakfast burrito ? and paid a bit over $16 with tip. They use fries for the potatoes. It worked, and was alright. I was told there’d be no need for salsa; that it would be seasoned enough. There wasn’t enough flavor for me, and the burrito stood to have salsa and sour cream. It was a good size burrito; having two meals out of it. The tortilla was good, and had a slight crisp. Could have used more eggs too. Quite an ‘ups & downs’ review. Overall it was good. This food truck isn’t at the Buzzed Goat in Ahwatukee every Saturday. No telling if he’ll be back. I’d recommend trying them. Share it, or take leftovers home.“

“Heidi's did such an amazing job at our wedding back in December. Jillian and her team were so easy to work with from start to finish. The tastings were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. It was an easy pick early on because they nailed every dish at our tasting.. and they were also able to accommodate to an Asian-inspired menu that we were looking for. Our guests loved the food.. the sea bass seemed to be a star, just like we knew it would. I have some phenomenal cooks in my family, so I knew it was a homerun when they were telling me how great the fish was. Another highlight was Angie - one of the staff that was designated to taking care of us on wedding night. Always there to get us a refresh on our drinks, making sure we had hors d'oeuvres set aside, and packing to-go food for us.. an absolute rock star! Thanks again to the Heidi's team! For reference, we have 152 total guests and did butler passed hors d'oeuvres and a plated dinner. If you're like me and you're worried about a large headcount getting the right cook on proteins, don't fret. Sea bass cooked to perfection and the beef cooked to the most beautiful medium rare - as it should be! And they also did an amazing vegetarian stir-fry. Of all the caterers we tried in AZ (and we tried all the best) they're the only ones that nailed the vegetarian dish. You'd be stupid not to at least book a tasting!“

“Book these folks you will not be disappointed! We found AZ inspirations through Aldea, we used their Tercero venue. Nik, the owner, was at their open house and we were sold at first bite. Their food is amazing. We went with southwest food it tasted fresh, healthy and well made. These folks are so passionate about food and flavors. Nik and I got talking and he shared with me tips and tricks on how to make the perfect Gnocchi. We did passed appetizers and a buffet service and it went so quick and smoothly. For dessert we did their churro bar, and WOW. We got raving reviews about all the food, there was none leftover everyone went back for seconds. My cousin even texted me a couple weeks later saying she and her husband have been recreating their green chili gnocchi because it is one of their new favorite dishes!! If I ever have another event Nik will be my first call.“

Park Avenue did the catering. Their unique presentation of each individual offering was beyond description. The detail they gave to each dish was absolutely beautiful.The food was almost too pretty to eat.But, it was all eaten and then raved about.The pre-event service was exceptional. Excellent communication throughout the entire experience.If you think I'm using too much hyperbole, you are incorrect. It was all a wonderful experience!(They even found me a very reasonably priced cake baker) (Also highly recommended!!!!)I neglected to mention their prices. They were the least expensive of all I contacted.I guess at this point saying, “ I highly recommend them,” would be unnecessary.
