“On Christmas I was a here and my food was very old and customer service was subpar. I call the Manager William the next day he said he’d take care of it. I went in today and the Manager was not there. A young man name Mauricio gave excellent service and made sure the food was fresh and I appreciate him and the rest of this evening staff for going the extra mile.“

“I love the manager at this location!! She has helped me in more than one situation and is always very nice!
Food is always made correctly to my order and sauces are always added to my bag along with napkins.
Would recommend this location to anybody anytime a day!“

“Came here on a Friday morning to grab some late breakfast/brunch while visiting my brother. Not far from where he stays so we walked over. Happy to see that their chicken teriyaki bowl now comes with the option to sub brown rice instead of white rice. Quick service and it won't cost you much.“

“The place was tidy and clean. And the employees were very prompt. We stopped in today for Taco Tuesday. They were just as we expected. The restrooms were also very clean. Clean restrooms are a big thing for me. I feel it says a lot about the rest of the restaurant. Next time I think I want to try one of those boba drinks. They look very yummy.“

“Super location. Maybe they all are! I only go here. The employees are super and they know my name or face when I pick up an online order. The food is excellent! Its never been poor or marginal. Jack in the box is a true short order grill. You can ask them to make it and they will. They have a real cook on a grill that makes the all day breakfast as well as killer burgers and even egg rolls! Yo, have you tried the egg rolls!?🔥🔥🔥“

“I’ve been to this location at the same time the last 3 Saturdays. May 3, 10, and 17th. Same employe at the drive thru each time. Young guy, real nice and pleasant. I’ve ordered only tacos and I’ve been eating these tacos for about 35 years. If you know Jacks tacos, they can be horrible if they are old or just cooked by a lazy employee. However this Jack has the best tacos I’ve had from a JITB. I really appreciate you taking the extra seconds to actually make them presentable. Thank you. See you Saturday.“

“I just wanted to shout out Antonio at Jack in the Box for being such a genuinely positive and uplifting person. From the moment we pulled up, he greeted us with a warm, upbeat attitude that instantly made our day better. It’s rare to come across someone who brings that kind of energy to their job—and it really shows.

He was super polite, got my order right, and even made a little small talk while staying professional and quick. Honestly, it turned a regular fast food stop into a really positive experience.

“I will say I have been in the restaurant and it is as you’d expect. Empty not dirty but just jumpy very nice to to eat in. The food and service is amazing. I order on the app and my food was ready and fresh. This is not a place I expect much from but it delivers decent and fresh food and good service. Nothing wrong here and great prices and speed of service. Why is anyone bothering with McDonald’s?“
