Food is always made correctly to my order and sauces are always added to my bag along with napkins.

“Always good food and friendly service now that the manager who demanded cash-only payments is no longer there (we all hope). $4.00 for five tiny fryer-grease tasting "churros" was a total rip so avoid that item. All other menu items have been great!“
“The place was tidy and clean. And the employees were very prompt. We stopped in today for Taco Tuesday. They were just as we expected. The restrooms were also very clean. Clean restrooms are a big thing for me. I feel it says a lot about the rest of the restaurant. Next time I think I want to try one of those boba drinks. They look very yummy.“

“I will say I have been in the restaurant and it is as you’d expect. Empty not dirty but just jumpy very nice to to eat in. The food and service is amazing. I order on the app and my food was ready and fresh. This is not a place I expect much from but it delivers decent and fresh food and good service. Nothing wrong here and great prices and speed of service. Why is anyone bothering with McDonald’s?“
“My husband we are a regular customers. We love this Jack and the box because it’s very near to our home. Sometimes we come here in the morning lunch dinner, buys it’s our favorite jack and the box. There’s only one problem I had observed that there’s 2 Mexicans staff are very rude with other race but there’s. They treats there own Mexicans very nice but when it comes to another nationality they are very rude. Only 2 Mexicans that are very rude we have seen it in fact my husband had tape recorded the rudeness of these 2 females staff. Everyone should be treated equally. To my husband and I we disagree that they do that to others but there own people. The General Manager is very sweetheart and there’s another assistant manager we don’t know her name she’s very kind the one that’s very slim. We will continue to come here because of the other staff that are very polite and very professional. We understand it’s how you are taught when you are young. We love this Jack In The Box.“
“On Christmas I was a here and my food was very old and customer service was subpar. I call the Manager William the next day he said he’d take care of it. I went in today and the Manager was not there. A young man name Mauricio gave excellent service and made sure the food was fresh and I appreciate him and the rest of this evening staff for going the extra mile.“
