“The manager here really made our experience awesome! I walked up to the window and Tyler was what you want from a customer service representative. He problem solved having less bread side option for soup. My sister was super happy with the alternative!
Right after ordering I realized that the store was about to close. Feeling bad, I asked them to put it in to go containers. He said that we could eat in the dining room if we wanted. I was super hungry so we took his very kind offer.
And then when I had a concern about my food, he willingly offered to remake it making the whole experience positive and not awkward at all.
I truly appreciate individuals who make it easy to talk to them and willing to truly help the costumer have a positive experience! This manager truly cared about each customer.
I think this might be my favorite Panera location now!“
“Not as much in the glass case this morning, but perhaps they were still baking. I was able to get the Bacon & Spinach Souffle I went for, but had hoped for a blueberry scone. They only had orange scones. It was probably for the best. Didn't need more calories ?.“
“While I love the take two option, my tomato basil club sandwich was served on white bread instead if tomato basil bread. The employee serving up the lunches tried to convince me it was tomato basil bread but there was no basil flavor or tomato color at all. Soup was delicious. Clean and welcoming.“
