“We are staying in Paulden while working for a few days and have had breakfast here two days in a row. They are incredibly friendly, had no issues with my wife’s service dog (even gave her a donut hole), and the food is good and priced good. We love supporting local small businesses, especially like Encore donuts that really work hard to deliver quality food and service.“

“When we moved here a few years ago I was surprised at how clean this location was. The main thing that I noticed was how the team works so well together with no fussing no complaining no standing around.
We've all been in McDonald's locations where it is not as clean as it should be, the workers are blaming each other for a wrong order, and there is chaos. Driving back and forth from the East to the West Coast and the West to the east coast I've seen some not so great locations. Chino Valley location is one of the best I've seen! I'm always happy to walk in there because I know the team is going to do their best to get my food promptly and correctly. I'm happy that I live in a town where we have such great customer service and great people that care about their jobs and community!!!
