“Quaint is the best way to describe a caboose setting on the corner of a downtown intersection. I like to stop in every once in a while while I am out walking . Authentic French cuisine served. If you're in town, stop in have a coffee or pastry.“

“The wines here are a little hit or miss for me, but they have a malvasia bianca that is kicking, so I can't help but give it a little love. The service was really great, and I loved how it was quiet and chill when we stopped in. They have an amazing view from a comfortable seating area. There are even a few board and card games you can play while hanging out. There was an adult version of Trivial Pursuit was a lot of laughs. It is located in the back of a record store that is excellent for people watching, and I kind of feel bad for the staff having to deal with crazy fans, but it is what it is. I liked that the pretension level was dialed way back from Caduceus next door.“

“Best burger on my trip so far. We are keto so we subbed lettuce wrap for a roll. But really the only lettuce wrap that works well for a roll is iceberg which they didn't use. I highly recommend the haunted burger. Definitely go here in you are in town and enjoy burgers!“

“A nice place either very friendly, helpful wait staff. The drinks and food came quickly. Tasted was good and I suggested the salsa that came with the warmed chips was too mild, I was brought one with a bit more fire…much better!! Right on the edge of Old Town Cottonwood with both front and back outdoor seating. Was a little cool to eat outside today but in warm weather would be great. We will be returning to try something other than the enchiladas, which are among our favorites.“

“Started here for a wine tasting before hitting downtown Cottonwood. The reds are fantastic, with a bold, dry finish.We sat at the bar and Sarah was insightful about the wine and equally entertaining.We left with a few bottles and will be back soon to replenish.“

“Wow. My wife and I stopped in while in Cottonwood after a shopping haul at Walmart. This little shop is so quaint and inviting. The girls working there make you feel so welcomed and aware of the specials of the day. My wife and I enjoyed two gluten free wraps and absolutely loved them. The hummus spread is out of bounds. We will certainly return and try more on the menu.“

“Delicious and affordable pan dulce. Not overly sweet.Especially like the fruit filled empadanas. Small store that is very clean. The pan dulce is kept fresh in the glass counter display cases and cooler. The owner was helpful and friendly. Overall, the best pan dulce store in the region.“

“This place was great. Loved the vibe and the food and prices were on point. We got the sampler platter which had a little bit of everything and upgraded to the Texas toast and sweet beans both which were very good. It was more food than the two of us could eat and at $29 before the upgrade a really good deal . My favorite was the brisket and pulled pork. The turkey sausage was the only thing I didn't like, but it was fun to try. Also really appreciated being able to try lots of different barbecue sauces.“

“This restaurant should be renamed Five Star Bistro. Not only was the food inspired, but that inspiration was displayed in such a humble manner. It is a rare place that offers this combination. I'll admit, it is nice to impress your family and friends with a meal at a restaurant that serves textbook Culinary Institute type cuisine, but as one who spent years in the industry, I find this type of cuisine predictable and uninspiring. The fare at Star Bistro is interesting, delicious and inspiring. A restaurant that makes you want to go again, trying something new. As someone who appreciates fare that challenges what can oft-times seem within the confines of tradition, I heartily recommend a true shinning star of a restaurant. I hope that the force behind Star Bistro continue to expand the limits of the public perception and definition of Italian food. To all those who make this restaurant what it is and will be, thank you.......“

She served me the white flight on their beautiful patio with prob the BEST view for any wine tasting. “Stumbled on this little place. When travelling we never go to a chain restaurant. it is easy to find local places in cottonwood. Georgie's was found while cycling around town. Our server was great. Foid was sensational. We all had breakfast items. We sat outside, and were all the only ones outside. our coffee was always full, and our server was attentive. Great place for a local flair“

“I've eaten there many, many times. Always had bacon and eggs and they were good. Today, though, I ordered biscuits and gravy. Probably the worst I ever had. The biscuits were VERY doughy and the gravy was flavorless. Sorry guys, just calling as I see it. I ate half a biscuit and was unable to eat the rest.“

“We are a couple of Calgarians exploring around Arizona and ended in Jerome. We loved that there were chips and salsa for us as soon as we sat down. We asked for a spicier salsa and yes they delivered; it was habanero level spicy! The enchiladas and fish tacos were generous in portion size as well as tasty. The margarita tasted so fresh! Glad we found this little gem.“

“Had a great experience at the Cottonwood Denny's. We had a bad cut of meat in 2nof our steaks (tough), however Nathan our waiter took them back and brought us new steaks that were perfect. Nathan is a great waiter and always has a smile and very profession and courteous. Thanks again Nathan!“
