“A wonderful place for a Sunday afternoon.“

“Manzanita had been on my list to try for over a year - I can’t believe I waited so long. This place is DELICIOUS! Wiener schnitzel is one of my favorite dishes ever and this one was perfect. Melt in your mouth fork tender. My friend got the one with the gravy and it was so rich and comforting - I’m not a gravy person but would probably order this one next time. The only thing I would have liked is roasted potatoes as a choice for a side with the mains. We also had tempura green beans and crab cakes - both very good but not as stunning as the 2 schnitzels. We also both had clam chowder and it was crave-able. And the service and local wine selections were five stars. Definitely recommend!“

“Excellent burgers and friendly service. As the sign states basically that each order is made fresh to order, so this isn't your typical fast food joint. This is a fabulous place. If you are in Cornville, Verde Valley area check this place out, it's super good!“

I'm not a big fan of red wine, but I enjoyed it so much that I purchased two bottles. After the tour, we grabbed a bite to eat, and the bread and pizza were amazing. “Stumbled on this little place. When travelling we never go to a chain restaurant. it is easy to find local places in cottonwood. Georgie's was found while cycling around town. Our server was great. Foid was sensational. We all had breakfast items. We sat outside, and were all the only ones outside. our coffee was always full, and our server was attentive. Great place for a local flair“

“We stopped on our way to Montezuma castle. Really good fry bread, hot and fresh. We got the cinnamon sugar and I definitely still dream about it. Make sure to stop by when you can, they also have jewelry and other nice things. I'll be swinging by again for sure! Make sure to bring cash too, it's easier to pay this way.“

“My daughter insists on getting takeout from this spot regularly. She loves the yellow curry with either chicken or fried tofu. I lean towards red curry with fried tofu significantly spicier than the girl’s. We also enjoy the fresh spring rolls and fried wontons. It is consistent every single time. Very friendly staff. “Have eaten at the Mesa Grill since constructed. In the past, I always found quality in both service and food. My last visit was very disappointing, mostly due to pricing. Ice tea was priced at $5 add salmon to salad at $14. Common on!! I will continue to visit on limited basis, drinking only water and ordering items to share..“

“Horrible service even when it's not busy. Came in around 1pm about a week ago and left around 4pm and that wasn't because we wanted to be there. Had to go get a server to come to our table to take our order after sitting there for over an hour and then it took over an hour to even get our food. 3 hours in a restaurant is insane. Just saying. Most of the tables were empty. This was not the first time it has happened either. Black bear has lost our business.“

“First time in Arizona, managing jet-lag and finding this place on a late-night drive from Phoenix to Sedona was an absolute MIRACLE.... extremely friendly service at 3AM with an immaculate burrito, hot sauce and each ingredient was bang on. Absolutely worth my 14 or 15 dollars. Really made a great impression on me !“
