So, this is not a place that i can afford to eat at regularly. This being said, it would be nice to be able to. The food is good and interesting and honest. The service is good and better than usual for Flagstaff. The service did start to wain as the room filled up. When we arrive there was maybe 3 out of 10 tables full it later filled up pretty close to capacity. Two servers seemed inadequate.
I wish I knew what happened. My last few visits here were simply not up to the standards I had come to expect at Coppa. The quality of the food has slipped, and the type of offerings available have changed from what I considered perfectly-executed accessible comfort food to more limited and somewhat experimental. I used to see one of the owners, Paola, constantly present and making sure everything was perfect. She had incredibly high standards and a fastidious attention to detail....read full review

Such an amazing meal! We didn't know what to expect for food in Flagstaff, but Coppa Cafe really blew us away! Incredibly tasty and creative meals! Can't say enough and can't recommend it enough. Loved it!
