The food is always delicious, however we had an online order for pickup and we arrived after pickup time, but it was still not ready for an additional 40 minutes which is unacceptable, especially since all of the food was cold. We live less than 10 minutes away so the food should have been hot. This is one thing I notice about this location is the service is often lacking, although the food is good - even cold. My husband and I stopped by after an overnight drive (Cross country) to enjoy a nice comfort meal. The service was accurate, and very friendly. Our meals were out quickly and mm good. Just what we needed after a long drive/ride

This is at the Cracker Barrel in Flagstaff, Az. Waitress was wonderful but the last 3 times I've visited this particular Cracker Barrel the time waiting for my food was unexceptable. Don't know what's going on in the kitchen but they are taking way to long to prepare food. I have eaten at Cracker Barrel's all over the country and have never had this problem.
