“We were on the final leg of a 2-week motorcycle ride and decided to stop for a brunch at Florence Cafe and Florence Arizona. This place is awesome for breakfast! Inside is spotless, the wait staff are rockstars, and the food is home cooked and absolutely delicious! The next time we visit Florence we know we will be stopping to have breakfast here as they really know what they're doing. We highly recommend it to anyone in the area or Travelers stopping through town!“

“I expect service with a smile, and this place falls short. I've seen reviews asking customers not to be rude because the staff is hardworking, but in my experience, they are responding to how they are treated. This is their career choice, and hard work doesn’t excuse the lack of professional rapport. When picking up carryout, I’m greeted with a curt “thirteen dollars” instead of a welcome. The food is solid—4 stars—but the unwelcoming atmosphere and service both earn 3 stars. I keep returning because options are limited in this new community, but I’d welcome competition. A professional greeting and a smile would go a long way.“
