I picked up a strawberry frosted donut with a chocolate milk and everything was spot on from the first bite 🤤🍓🥛 The donut was fresh soft and perfectly sweet with just the right amount of frosting not overpowering at all and the flavors tasted clean and intentional not artificial or heavy.
What really stood out besides the food was the customer service. Everyone was super friendly welcoming and genuinely happy to help which makes such a big difference these days 😊🙌 You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. The shop has that classic neighborhood donut spot vibe where you feel comfortable the moment you walk in.

“This bakery is truly a gem. Found it looking for a cake for my daughter’s birthday, family owned and everything made in house. The personalized customer service can’t be beat, they are so wonderful. The shop is gorgeous and has that amazing sweet dessert smell. The custom cake they created was the star of the show, beautiful and beyond delicious. Everyone commented that it was the best birthday cake they’ve ever had. My daughter felt so special and loved her unicorn cake, they made her birthday magical. “I’ve been a customer of Kneader’s Bakery on McDowell in Mesa, AZ since they opened. Their desserts, breads, salads, soups, sandwiches and smoothies have always been prepared well and very tasty. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Today I picked up pumpkin breads that I ordered online and had a great conversation with Dee Ann and another employee. They were so outgoing and had excellent customer service. I ordered a Non dairy berry smoothie that was delicious and also received a free loaf of country white bread. What a pleasant visit and an unexpected token of kindness. I will continue to support this business and encourage others to do the same.“
