“We have to say this was our first time visiting under new ownership and we were not disappointed! WHOA! Adam has taken it way beyond what it used to be under former management and by leaps and bounds! The ambiance is wonderful with a feeling of first class dining in every way; lovely views in a cozy setting, table cloths adding class to each, beautiful special menus and a kind welcoming staff. We chose to sit inside which we thoroughly enjoyed. Tables didn’t feel cramped so we felt like we were there alone, enjoying one another's company, and our server was a little sweetie, Jocelyn, who took very good care of us without making us feel encroached, and the cuisine was a super nice surprise. To start, we had the Calamari and Caesar Salad which were both amazing. For entrees, my husband had a tender Rib-eye Steak cooked medium rare and I had the cooked-to-perfection Halibut in a lovely lemon butter cream sauce that oh my word, was SO GOOD I will need to have it again when we return! We chose not to indulge in dessert as we are both trying to lose weight, but a strong desire was there since they are home made and look divine! Thank you Adam et al for a night we won’t soon forget and will share with others as it’s a definite gem of Fountain Hills . . . a place you won’t want to miss if you’re visiting OR living here! “The restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious food. We really enjoyed the burger and fries and the sea bass ceviche, but everything was wonderful…especially for a poolside restaurant (it’s rare to find one that offers good, fresh sushi options!). And the drinks were delicious.

Ricardo delivered our food and he was completely lovely, attentive, and professional (I wish he was our server!).

“This was an exceptional experience. Using Google maps and looking for a sushi restaurant, came into a outstanding culinary treat. Kay herself is just amazing and the food was next level good. The Miso was amazing, I ordered a second bowl, excellent umami flavor and the mushrooms just took it over the top. The vegetable tempura was so different and wonderful! Shredded Vegetables then tempura fried in the lightest, crispy delight. The salmon nigiri was delicious. I had the hamachi special roll with lovely bursts of flavors and my daughter had the vegi vegi roll which was the most elegant twist on a salad. Tasty and inventive we will definitely be back again!!“

“Kitchen Rosa + Patio at McDowell Mountain Golf Club is such a lovely spot with beautiful views of the mountains and a stunning sunset. We arrived early specifically to enjoy the scenery, and it was absolutely worth it. The patio setting is really what makes this place special.

We shared the calamari and a sweet and spicy pepperoni pizza, paired with a refreshing Pinot Grigio, which felt perfect on a very hot 93-degree day. Service was friendly and welcoming throughout.

A nice surprise was discovering they have live music on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, which adds to the relaxed, easygoing vibe.

The menu isn’t huge, and while the calamari was a bit too greasy for our taste, the pizza was genuinely delicious and hit the spot.

Overall, this is less about the food and more about the atmosphere. Beautiful views, sunset energy, and a laid-back patio experience that makes Kitchen + Patio at McDowell Mountain Golf Club a great place to unwind.“

“Always enjoy the “Nosh” breakfast. One guest had the Denver Omelet and could not rave more about how delicious and wonderful it tasted. Convinced some of us to try it next time! Only one comment , wish they provided a toaster for the “Nosh” bar to warm up the bagels/English muffins.“
