“We have to say this was our first time visiting under new ownership and we were not disappointed! WHOA! Adam has taken it way beyond what it used to be under former management and by leaps and bounds! The ambiance is wonderful with a feeling of first class dining in every way; lovely views in a cozy setting, table cloths adding class to each, beautiful special menus and a kind welcoming staff. We chose to sit inside which we thoroughly enjoyed. Tables didn’t feel cramped so we felt like we were there alone, enjoying one another's company, and our server was a little sweetie, Jocelyn, who took very good care of us without making us feel encroached, and the cuisine was a super nice surprise. To start, we had the Calamari and Caesar Salad which were both amazing. For entrees, my husband had a tender Rib-eye Steak cooked medium rare and I had the cooked-to-perfection Halibut in a lovely lemon butter cream sauce that oh my word, was SO GOOD I will need to have it again when we return! We chose not to indulge in dessert as we are both trying to lose weight, but a strong desire was there since they are home made and look divine! Thank you Adam et al for a night we won’t soon forget and will share with others as it’s a definite gem of Fountain Hills . . . a place you won’t want to miss if you’re visiting OR living here! “I walked in and was greeted by three people all ready to take care of me w/ smiles! The waitress brought me a huge cylinder of filtered water. The personal is like more than a personal pizza(15inches)!
I have food allergies, very professional, my pizza was done within 6-10 minutes. I’m a very picky pizza person and there three other places in the Phoenix surrounding that I go to. This will be the fourth place for Italian, I look forward to trying their other dishes as well. The pizza its self has a wonderful flavor, the spices are delicious, and over all it’s cooked to perfection! My only suggestion is a tad more sauce as I like it to cover, but otherwise 9.5/10 (simple this to correct).
I almost got their flatbread, BUT was told no matter what you have is that it is phenomenal & I believe it!
The atmosphere is as expected for DC Ranch area. The prices are affordable for the lunch menu, night time prices still within affordability. The overall experience is above and beyond; I’m hearing impaired. I was still able to hear my server. That is a plus! Will come back!!“
