“Usually great persons fast nutritious food, I used to get the beef barbecue plate but now due to some health issues. I am unable to tolerate beef and had to switch to chicken, while it is not as good, it's certainly tasty. I personally don't like mac salad (nothing against Ono. I just don't like macaroni salad if you enjoy it, I'm sure you will will enjoy Ono's) so I sub for extra steamed veggies

My fav restaurant moved down the street and YUMMY Hawaiian food has settled into its space! Hapa Food offers five different mains in a variety of combos. Authentic mixed plate with macaroni salad and rice (who doesn’t want double carbs? I’d welcome a veg alternative) and some kim chee for bite. Took out the chicken and kalbi and it satisfied two of us. The kalbi had that great grilled char and the chicken was juicy and tasty. Take a look at their website for pics of the dishes and easily order ahead. There’s seating inside although decor is sparse, and the open kitchen shows how hard they’re working to make a fresh product.

“First time trying this place. My wife and I brought the family to fat cats for a family night and stopped here. The food is fresh and very tasty, I had the Cabo fish tacos, my wife had the pork sandwich. Our daughter had a grilled chicken bowl and the grand kids had chicken kids meals. Everyone was pleased with their food. Will try again.“

“Got two build your own poke bowls. They had a nice selection of proteins. Service was great and fish was very fresh. They seemed to be precious with the spring mix and some of the toppings, but were a little heavy on the sauce, next time I will make a point of asking them to go light on the sauce or put it on the side.“

“We were greeted with friendliness when we walked in the door. The items on the menu were diverse and creative, with a mix of more standard fare. The food was delicious with an enjoyable mix of seasoning and well cooked fare. The wait was appropriate for the cuisine. A wholly pleasing experience.“

“I would say $20+ per person if you include a drink or a side item with tip and tax it was over $70 for 3 bowls and drinks plus two chip bags. Some restaurants that say 20-30$ have more $15 options for less than this total. It’s Chipotle style ordering, good options for free toppings and tasty bowls.“

“I visited Ahipoki Bowl the other day and was pleasantly surprised. Our server was charismatic and frequently offered suggestions to help create the best bowl. There were tons of fresh options, and I will definitely be thinking about Ahipoki Bowl in the future."“

Food is made fresh so takes a little bit to get your order but worth the wait. Friendly staff. Food was brought straight to our table as it was ready.
A little expensive. My family of 4 spent near $70+ but well worth it.

“Delicious! Highly recommend the chicken katsu and teriyaki chicken. Spam musubi seems to be made fresh daily, I've grabbed two for good measure each trip. Great Aloha drink options and fountain sodas. Seating can be limited depending on the time/day, but we always seem to find a place to sit.“

“I had the firefighter burrito and first bite in I realized that is was the best food I had ever had in my mouth. It had amazing flavor, great crunch, just the right amount of heat and very filling. I will be back more than once this week while I am visiting, and I will travel back to Arizona with my family just to eat here again. To top it off the owner was super nice and great to talk to. If you love sushi and flavor you will love this. I would rate it higher than 5 stars if it would let me.“
