“I come regularly and am always thrilled with the service and quality of food. Nayeli knows my regular order and is always so professional, friendly and welcoming. My favorites include sweet potato fries, voodoo chicken salad, and Rumbi rice. Whenever I get an extra salad to go, the chef kindly prepares it in a way that keeps it fresh until the next day (separating ingredients etc. I drive out of my way to frequent this Rumbi and will continue to do so! Love it!“
“The atmosphere makes you feel welcomed. You are greeted as you walk in by the staff. Food option are really good from the Caribbean Chicken And shrimp bowl to the Rumbi Bbq salad being my 2 go to meals from here. Overall Great food accompanied by great service.“
“Wayyyyyy better than Ahipoke and cheaper relative to how much food they give you. Super fresh fish and toppings plus sauces that don't overwhelm the bowl. Not to mention, the staff was so nice and helpful!! Glad I found a place in Mesa:)“
“My favorite local spot for delicious Hawaiian BBQ. The establishment is a nice little place with a Hawaiian vibe. The painted wall reminds me of sitting on Waikīkī beach looking at Diamond head. The food is always amazing. And the staff are always friendly. And the portions are large. Which means you can enjoy it for a couple meals. I had the mix plate #4. Which is Teriyaki chicken and Bulkogi with macaroni salad. So good!“
“This place is one of my favorite Hawaiian dining areas. The chicken katsu with sauce is by far the best in the state. The place is very relaxing with island music playing throughout the restaurant. I always try to come here when I'm on this side of town. The staff is very friendly, and I loved the times when the owner would come out and great and talk with his patrons. And if you get a chance, I highly recommend Grandma's Chocolate Cake. It is made from scratch and taists amazing.Parking: Lots of parking and handicap accessible.“
“I am a Haole, but I was born on Oahu. We've been back enough times that I have fallen in love with the Hawaiian culture and the Hawaiian food. Hapa Food Company is spot on with their food. I had Kalua pig and macaroni salad. Both tasted like I was back on Óahu eating lunch. My wife had the Kalbi beef and said it was amazing ! The food came up fairly quickly and was hot when it got to the table. They had one outside table so we sat outside with our dog. The atmosphere, unfortunately, was nothing special. They are in a strip type retail area so there isn't much they could do with the place to make it feel more Hawaiian. But if you are looking for delicious, authentic Hawaiian food, this is the place !“
