“The food is good. However, I have yet to get dinner there and have the teriyaki sauce be hot. It's tepid at best. When this is mentioned to the person working the front counter, it's typically met with disregard. The staff is as okay as an employed young person can be. The parking lot is awful as there are way too many reserved spots for drive-thru waiting and mobile order pickup. Then there's people parking and going to BJ's Brewery.“

“Food wasnt as good as I heard. The Kalbi was chewy and there wasnt much meat at all. The shrimp were huge but still had the shell on and they weren't cleaned ...no flavor once the shell was off. Wont be going back again beacuse there are much better places around.“

“best Hawaiian bbq I've ever had in my life the meat was perfectly fresh and wasn't chewy at all and the mac salad is so creamy. the veggies are a perfect blend as well, they go nicely with the rest of the food. they are very generous with the portions and sauce !! staff was also very friendly. service was quick even though they were very busy when we went“

“This is my first time trying Ono. I ordered the BBQ Beef that comes with rice, veggies and macaroni salad. It’s more food than I expected. I was wishing it had more of the BBQ sauce then realized they have self-serve next to drink dispenser. I got some and all is good. I tried a similar dish in Hawaii that compares. Service nor Atmosphere was bad but it’s not a 5 star. Will I come back, yes ! I ordered the Guava pie, just sounds good“
