Papa John's in Gilbert

“We preordered pizza a week prior to Halloween, even payed for it. When we went to pick it up they had lost our order and we had to wait an hour for them to remake it. When I called the next day to talk to the manager about the situation, he wasn't interested in getting details or trying to problem solve what happened. He just gave me some free pizza, which I appreciate but how can a business get better and improve if they don't listen to constructive criticism from customers?“
