“I don't know why there are so many low and bad reviews. When we live in a day and age that there are supply chain issues and short staffing in every business having access to even ordering food and receiving it is a privilege. This evening I was starving and went to the app to place an order and it went through but the app suddenly crashed after receiving the confirmation in which case I had to call four stores (including this one) to see if they had gotten my order and if there was an estimated delivery time so I could get my order from the doorstep- nobody had gotten my order. After speaking with this particular store I managed to gather information about my failed order and the steps to be refunded, as well as the process to place a replacement order. In the end I was adequately refunded and placed a new order for carry out in a timely manner. The worker I spoke to apologized profusely for their systems going down and that they were pretty backed up 35 min due to being in rush period and I expressed no concern regarding their issues. I drove to the store, my fiancé went in to get the order and tried to get the guys name that I spoke to on the phone so that I could add him to my review but she wasn't able to get it unfortunately so thank you to whoever took my calls and the whole team for making this such a pleasant experience despite the situation you all were in this evening. The food was phenomenal, stuffed crust cheese pizza, cookie, and soda were simply delectable. This store was amazing and we will definitely be ordering again when my next pizza craving hits! “Ordered a large stuffed crust pepperoni sausage extra sauce pizza, and a large thin crust pepperoni. Both were wonderful... hot and cooked perfectly. Just be aware that their large is only 14". Ordered online and picked up. The guy working June 13th, 2022 at 10am at the Ray & Rural location was super nice and very friendly. I will definitely be ordering from here again.“
“we come here about once a week, always a great experience and we’re also thankful they support our kids school by participating in their fundraising efforts. it’s the highlight of my kids week to eat here and then enjoy the leftovers thanks (also especially thanks to the lady who works at the front of house) you all are amazing. like others have said it’s a very pre-covid experience here which is rare these days and i’m grateful for that“
