Papa John's in Gilbert

“We order from this location quite often. My husband ordered 2 pizzas and 2 of your sandwiches.
We eat 1 pizza and everything else goes in the fridge.
This morning my husband opens a box of the sandwiches and there is a ROACH, German roach at that!!! We've never seen a roach in this house!!
So, I know that roaches infest cardboard boxes, so possibly you've got an infestation OR the delivery guy has an infestation in his car!
Do we need to inspect the delivery drivers car interior?
This is unacceptable! Our pizza and sandwiches are in the trash now.“

“Ordered a 1 topping pizza for pickup using the company website. Do not have the app as I am not a frequent customer. Order was correct and ready at desired pickup time. Interaction with staff was seamless. Pizza looked good and no issues with food quality or taste. Overall, this was a 5 star experience for me. I really felt a desire to get on here and leave a positive review for this location after viewing some of the negative reviews and the overall rating of 2.8. I have avoided this location for several years based on the overall rating. So, hopefully a recent positive review may help others make an informed decision to take a chance. I would also like to mention that when evaluating the food quality I did not notice a difference in flavor at all. Papa Johns has very distinct flavors to me which is why it is one of my preferred pizza companies to order from and from the experience I had today there was no discernable difference. The pizza I had today tasted exactly the same as it did when I ordered it for the first time 10 years ago.“
