“This papa John's is located in Estrella Pkwy in Goodyear Arizona. There are a lot of spring training games about 5 to 10 miles away down the road during spring training, I have been to this location quiet a few times for pizza and sandwiches. My dad really likes Papajohns I'm more of a pizza hut kinda person. There pizza is hit or miss sometimes perfect other times not so easy to pick up. It's soggy and moist not firm or crispy. There sandwiches are pretty good tho. They went up in price from about 8 dollars to about 13 tho. They have online special deals if anyone is here to save some money. Not bad tho.“
“We've been ordering from this location for over three years, and it's truly a staple in our household. The staff here are always friendly, patient, and do their best under what are often very challenging circumstances.
Many of the negative reviews here stem from issues beyond the locations control in multiple ways that are many times more system and capacity issues. Things like limited staffing, system outages, and the sheer volume of orders they receive (which just shows how popular this location is) hit this location frequently - but again do not reflect the staff and their ability to try and take care of their customers.
Despite these challenges, they consistently deliver quality pizza and great customer service as best they can.
If I could offer one recommendation to Papa John's corporate: please move this location into a larger space and double the staff. They've earned it, and it would make a world of difference for both employees and customers.
Thank you to the team here! You're doing an amazing job, and we appreciate you!“
“I hadn't been to a Papa John's in years. I dont get a lot of pizza out nowadays. All that has changed! Got the Hawaiian speciality because anything Hawaiian is awesome and that includes the pizza! They are using real pineapple, Canadian bacon and ham, so tasty. Make sure to grab a spicy garlic dipping sauce. Best I've ever had.“
