“Sometimes they use DoorDash for delivery and the Driver gave me someone else else’s order. I called The Store and the manager. Evan offered to give me a free pizza. The next go round. I called back a couple of weeks later and he honored that without any hesitation. Mistakes happen, but their willingness to rectify it quickly without a headache is truly appreciated.“

“I went and did a physical order instead of online. Even though they close the ordering in store at 10pm, be the guy still allowed me to place my order. He was very friendly and my pizza was made perfect. Delicious and hot, ready work about 10 minutes. The atmosphere grading was only a 3 b/c it's small area for ordering and you can't dine in. Also, there was some questionable people outside being weird but that is normal for that area 😵‍💫“

“I’m giving 5 stars because the poor girl working tonight all by herself is amazing. I feel so bad for her. There needs to be more than one person here!!! A guy came in and ordered 6 pizzas then 3 more people came in. There needs to be more workers at night not just one person.“

“I got a pizza delivered, and it was still hot and crisp. Everything about the pizza was delicious. The only thing I will say is that I paid extra for the Parmesan crust and it didn’t have as much flavor as I wanted it too, but the order arrived early and the driver was very nice. I will definitely order here again.“

“It was pick up so obviously there's not really going to be too much of an atmosphere but i feel like the worker wern't too happy which is understanable because there typically only one or two. My food was made on time and always correct, they use the right amount of dough unlike some other locations where the pizza feels like soggy cheese and bread.
I wouldn't call Papa Johns a fancy pizza place but that's kind of the goal, they want to be more affordable and even have an app with discounts which I recommend you get.
Always tip! Most people are struggling in this economy so if you don't have the money to tip then why not just buy a pizza from the grocery store. We all know that working with fast food isn't quite high paying so please be considerate to the hard workers that try and do their best but aren't paid enough. Blame corporations for this.“
