I had an uber eats issue and Jeremiah went above and beyond to help resolve it. He was professional and caring and honestly a great person to talk to. I truly appreciate his help when he didn't have to do anything. Food was great! He even wrote have a great night on the box which those special touches mean something.
We ordered pizza and wings after seeing an ad on TV for the Shacaroni pizza. The app said it would arrive in 29 minutes, 25 minutes later it said it would arrive in 19 minutes, then 25 minutes later I called and the “manager” said let me check on it and put me on hold for 5 minutes and then he hung up on me.
