The workers in the store were nice, I feel I have to give that credit before I complain about all the reasons I will never order from here again.1. I ordered the new garlic stuffed crust. I understand they use garlic butter on the crust which made it soggy, there is no excuse for my dough or the whole pizza to be soggy.2. Even papa john’s website has the hours wrong. Be wary of ordering late at night. Store was closed for an hour, but the website will happily take your order, charge your card, and then someone will call you an hour later saying your order is cancelled.Just don’t waste your time.

Super disappointed they still don’t have a vegan cheese option in this country! Seems like Papa John’s in other countries offers vegan cheese and vegan meat options. Also the crust and sauce seem worse than it did a few years ago. Somehow strangely bitter.
