Papa Johns Pizza offers a convenient online ordering experience with prompt pick-up and delivery service. However, it should be noted that this location does not have in-house delivery drivers, as all deliveries are made by DoorDash. The staff is described as friendly and helpful, though some customers have reported issues with pizza quality, including undercooked dough and pizzas arriving damaged. One customer mentioned receiving a pizza that looked like it had been sat on and left on the ground, while another noted that their pizza was smashed and sliced incorrectly.
Despite these issues, one customer praised the hard work of the staff, particularly highlighting a girl who was working alone during a busy night. They emphasized that more workers are needed during peak hours to better handle the demand. The restaurant also caters to dietary preferences, offering a Gluten Free pizza option. Pizza orders were ready shortly before the requested time, but some customers experienced delays due to payment issues with e-gift cards. Parking may require walking a short distance from the store.
