Sometimes they use DoorDash for delivery and the Driver gave me someone else else’s order. I called The Store and the manager. Evan offered to give me a free pizza. The next go round. I called back a couple of weeks later and he honored that without any hesitation. Mistakes happen, but their willingness to rectify it quickly without a headache is truly appreciated.
