Taco Bell in Gilbert

“I just want to say that this location never fails me. I easily place online orders 4 to 6 times a month, and they always have well-made food, and the staff doesn't seem to have crazy turnaround. Same people most of the time, and they out perform all other fast-food places nearby.

I only wish I could exalt them to a higher star rating so they can all get raises and put the McDonald's across from them out of business.“

“Came to leave a review about the cashier girl, Nicole V, and read a review from a guy named Dan. That guy must have the wrong location and employee because when I was there 3 days ago, which looks like when he showed up, ALLEGEDLY. the girl kind of talked different. I wouldn’t say “high”, but maybe some kind of speech impediment and it was NOT super noticeable. Honestly, maybe she was tired because it was like 11pm, I WAS tired. My order was correct but I think ordering from taco bell is pretty easy, maybe I can’t say the same for Dan. He seems to lack basic human empathy for service workers and that’s a him problem. Crazy how you can have two completely different experiences in the same night. This girl needs a raise for dealing with these people. She was super kind and attentive, repeated my order back (which is what normally happens at fast food restaurants so that YOU, the customer, can verify they heard you correctly), and I realized I asked for potato tacos with extra lettuce, instead of extra cheese. So, maybe this guy needs to chill out on TACO BELL EMPLOYEES BECAUSE ITS NOT THAT DEEP. My tummy for them potato tacos is pretty deep tho🤤“

“I guess I'm back to checking to see if I have all my order. Ordered through the drive thru. $32 order for lunch. Got home. Missing 4 crunchy tacos! Grrr
The guy at the window handed me my bag and said Have a nice day. Silly me, thinking all my food was there.
Drive back there to get my missing tacos, only for them to make me feel like they did not believe me. No, I'm so sorry or here's a nachos for your trouble.
Just a don't know how that happened. Let me see your receipt. Handing me a bag with no acknowledgement at all. Looking at the next customer.
That's a shame. That is one of the closer fast food restaurants to me, and I do like Taco Bell.
Just not the service I received inside the restaurant.

“Well, it’s Taco Bell. For this store? It is comfortable enough to get something, eat, and get out. It is small compared to some stores/90’s stores but that is to be expected.

Good has been pretty good from this location, hot/fresh has been more hit than miss, but there have been moments.“

“FIRST BEFORE MY RAVING REVIEW ABOUT TACO BELL IN GENERAL LET'S TALK ABOUT THIS LOCATION... I dropped or left my wallet there, it was later at night, I freaked out for a while not knowing where it was because I had been to so many other locations running errands with kids, I finally thought maybe that's the place I left it and it had been about 3 hours, the lobby was closed but one of the staff members saw that I was looking for someone, my phone was going to voicemail because it was after hours for the lobby... The manager had retrieved the wallet, she verified my information and not only did I get the wallet back, it had all of my belongings in there which included about $200 in cash a bunch of debit cards venmo card cash app cards and other information that would have been hard to cancel and we established... It gave me faith that humanity in the United States at least is still really cool maybe it's just a Gilbert thing but when I was in Chicago and La this was unheard of, it was just going to disappear because it's very tempting to have cash, and just let the person know it got lost or stolen... Integrity, honesty, treating your neighbors as you would want to be treated... Very well done and the owners should be proud and the management should be praised... I didn't get her name but she was probably 5 ft four darker hair and amazing cheerful disposition.

Okay the staff was great when I ate there and really helped my kid feel accommodated when he couldn't get the mobile app stuff to work properly... And the food was great! If you're interested 35 year experience with the brand.

I was a Taco Bell fan as a teenager in the 90s, and then my wife wasn't as big of a fan but now I've got my kids hooked, and we absolutely love the different kinds of price options and all the new exciting options they bring out on a monthly basis, the app is on fire, the Tuesdays are really cool unfortunately I haven't really wanted anything or gotten in in time to get anything that cool but the offerings are awesome... I will always be a chilito and mexi melt fan, and I'm glad they still give them to me off menu... The food of course is great for the price and a lot of the new healthy choices are awesome but I have to say the atmosphere is much better more conducive to me to come out and hang out and do some work for a couple hours that got plugs to charge...“

“I usually drive through but today I went dine-in. Mary is the reason for my five star review she took my order then she was prepping stuff but as soon as my food was ready she made sure it it came out and then I noticed she was actively cleaning up the lobby I was very impressed. This is the location at Chandler Heights and Higley“
